Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Quality Assurance &amp; Control:</li><li>Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for all production stages, from raw materials to finished products.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections and audits of production lines to ensure compliance with quality specifications.</li><li>Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.</li><li>Create and maintain detailed documentation of quality tests, results, and corrective actions.</li><li>Problem Solving &amp; Corrective Action:</li><li>Investigate and troubleshoot quality defects, non-conformities, and customer complaints.</li><li>Work with production teams to determine the root cause of quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).</li><li>Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to resolve complex quality problems.</li><li>Process Improvement:</li><li>Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste.</li><li>Utilize tools and methodologies like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Introduce and train staff on new quality control techniques and equipment.</li><li>Supplier &amp; Material Management:</li><li>Inspect incoming raw materials (e.g., aluminum profiles, glass, hardware) to ensure they meet quality standards.</li><li>Work with suppliers to address quality issues and improve the quality of incoming materials.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing) or a related field.</li><li>Experience: Proven experience as a Quality Engineer, preferably in a manufacturing environment related to windows, facades, or similar construction products.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>In-depth knowledge of quality control standards, such as ISO 9001.</li><li>Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies (e.g., statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, FMEA).</li><li>Familiarity with materials used in window and facade production (e.g., aluminum, PVC, glass).</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.</li><li>Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform visual inspections, and navigate a factory environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From &#8377;30,000.00 per month
