We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO across both personal assistant duties and business administration. This role is ideal for someone who is resourceful, discreet, and comfortable juggling a varied workload &mdash; from running errands and managing schedules to sitting in on meetings and supporting key partner relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesPersonal &amp; Executive Support<ul><li>Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and scheduling</li><li>Book travel, reservations, and personal appointments as needed</li><li>Run errands and handle day-to-day logistics</li><li>Coordinate meetings and prepare any necessary materials</li></ul>Administrative &amp; Referral Support<ul><li>Attend meetings on behalf of or alongside the CEO, taking notes and tracking action items</li><li>Support and help maintain relationships with firm partners</li><li>Assist with reporting, follow-up, and communication</li><li>Handle general administrative tasks and correspondence</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years of Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or administrative experience (required)</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Highly organized with excellent time-management</li><li>Comfortable managing a flexible, varied workload</li><li>Reliable transportation for errands/appointments, if applicable</li><li>Professional, discreet, and dependable</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
