Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled HardscapeTechnician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape design and maintenance. This role involves a variety of tasks to enhance and maintain the aesthetic appeal and functionality of outdoor spaces. The Hardscape Technician will work closely with clients and team members to ensure high-quality results on all projects.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform landscape installations, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers.</li><li>Execute hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.</li><li>Engage in tile laying for outdoor surfaces to enhance visual appeal.</li><li>Assist with concrete forming to create durable structures.</li><li>Conduct restoration projects to revitalize existing landscapes.</li><li>Participate in remodeling efforts that improve outdoor spaces.</li><li>Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure project efficiency.</li><li>Utilize tools and equipment safely, including welding equipment when necessary.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout all job sites.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in Hardscaping or related fields is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of hardscape techniques and materials is essential.</li><li>Experience in tile laying, concrete laying, and restoration practices is advantageous.</li><li>A strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.</li></ul>Join our team as a Hardscape Technician where your skills will contribute to creating beautiful outdoor environments that enhance the quality of life for our clients.Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourExperience:<ul><li>Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Defiance, OH 43512 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
