QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul><li>Certified New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) required
</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
</li><li>Reliable, professional, and patient-centered
</li><li>Must be discrete and professional in all communications, written and verbal
</li><li>Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or be willing to obtain
</li><li>Prior home care experience strongly preferred
</li><li>Completed drug screen or completed Habituation Form
</li><li>Must successfully complete Alvita Care onboarding process to accept cases
</li></ul>DETAILS
<ul><li>Cases located in Great Neck and surrounding Nassau County communities
</li><li>Ideal for caregivers commuting from nearby towns such as: Great Neck, Port Washington Manhasset, Roslyn, Garden City
</li><li>Dayshifts (8&ndash;12 hours available)
</li><li>Monday&ndash;Friday availability is preferred, but weekend availability is a plus
</li><li>Weekly pay every Friday via direct deposit, debit pay card, or paper check

As we expand our circle of care, we are seeking top-notch caregivers to service our NYC needs. We have private-duty one-on-one care cases available as well as facility based care cases. 
All applicants are subject to a phone screening to determine compatibility and overall availability of accommodations for both the caregiver and the agency. Please note that cases with Alvita Care are only available to caregivers who successfully complete the onboarding process.</div>
