Your Responsibilities**Google Workspace &amp; Microsoft Admin:** Manage user accounts, access rights, and integrations* Ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding of team members* Maintain security best practices and backups*Automation &amp; Optimization:** Build and maintain workflows using *Zapier* and *Make.com** Optimize our use of *Airtable, CRMs, and internal tools** Constantly seek ways to automate repetitive tasks and improve processes*Web &amp; Systems Management:** Ensure our *WordPress* site is updated, secure, and optimized* Manage plugins, basic SEO settings, and technical performance* Provide support or manage third-party devs as needed*Helpdesk &amp; Hardware:** Act as the internal *IT Helpdesk* for the team* Ensure laptops, tools, and software are always up to date* Troubleshoot day-to-day tech issues and maintain IT assets*Onboarding &amp; IT Processes:** Standardize and document onboarding tech setups* Manage employee accounts, credentials, tools, and permissionsJob Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Zapier, Make.com, and automation tools: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>
