<div>We are seeking a talented <b>Bookkeeper</b> to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Accounting department to maintain accurate financial records and ensure the company&rsquo;s compliance with all legal requirements. Your responsibilities will include recording and verifying transactions, bringing the books to the trial balance stage, and completing tax forms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of best practices in accounting.<br>
</div><div><b>Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Enter financial data and transactions</li>
<li>Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered</li>
<li>Prepare trial balance</li>
<li>Analyze budgets and other financial information</li>
<li>Process accounts payable and accounts receivable</li>
<li>Complete required tax forms</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting or a related field</li>
<li>Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position</li>
<li>Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)</li>
<li>Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems</li>
<li>Strong mathematical and analytical skills</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills</li>
