Applicant must have at least 1 year of experience in a specified position.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Organize, maintain, and update soft office files and records in digital formats. Prepare and organize reports and documents.</li><li>Ensure proper naming conventions, categorization, and indexing of all documents for easy retrieval. Maintain a structured filing system for official documents, agreements, reports, and correspondence.</li><li>Reconcile various reports and documents to ensure consistency. Verify data across different reports and identify discrepancies or missing information.</li><li>Ensure the latest versions of reports and documents are correctly saved and accessible.</li><li>Complete testing of a website as per the instructions provided to see whether website functionality is upto mark such as website forms are working fine, website layout is fine, all internal and external links are working as they should be etc.</li><li>Maintain effective communication with internal teams to collect and update data.
