 Job Overview
 
 
 We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage and optimise our SAP systems, ensuring they effectively support our diverse business operations. This is a FULL_TIME position based in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analysing, designing, and implementing SAP-based solutions to enhance our business processes and drive efficiency across the organisation.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Business Analysis:&nbsp;Gather requirements, analyze processes, identify gaps, and propose SAP-based solutions for sales and service and other functional modules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Configuration &amp; Design:&nbsp;Configure SAP SD/CS modules (e.g., sales orders, contracts, pricing, billing, service notifications, repair orders, pricing conditions).
 </li>
 <li>
 Implementation:&nbsp;Lead or participate in full lifecycle implementations, including design, build, test, and go-live.
 </li>
 <li>
 Integration:&nbsp;Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI, PS) and external systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support &amp; Troubleshooting:&nbsp;Provide expert support, resolve incidents, and manage post-go-live issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Documentation:&nbsp;Create functional specifications, test cases, and user manuals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Training &amp; Communication:&nbsp;Train end-users, communicate with stakeholders, and lead workshops.
 </li>
 <li>
 Upgrades and Migration:&nbsp;Assisting in system upgrades, applying&nbsp;SAP&nbsp;Notes, and supporting data migration projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 System Integration: Integrate&nbsp;SAP&nbsp;systems with non-SAP&nbsp;applications and cloud services to support end-to-end business processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate and apply strong project management skills, inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members, and use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate and apply a thorough understanding of complex SAP systems. Use knowledge of the current IT environment and industry IT trends to identify the engagement and client service issues and communicate this information to the engagement team and client management through written correspondence and verbal presentations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with other members of the IT team to deliver the SAP requirements and develop work program timelines, risk assessments, design documents, and other planning documents. Provide guidance and expertise to team members and participate in performing procedures especially focusing on complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues with regards to SAP systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to conduct risk assessment and audits around SAP and support various SAP internal projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver facts, analyses and recommendations in an accurate, clear and concise manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle multiple technically complex projects or engagements simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 Foster relationships with all divisions at appropriate levels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget.

 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven 5-7 years of relevant experience in&nbsp;SAP Consulting, with a focus on SAP SD&amp; Service module.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering or Computer engineering, information technology or engineering in any other related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Relevant SAP certifications are highly desirable.
