 The Auto Finance Officer will be responsible on processing customer requests for internal financing options and securing financing from banks for vehicle purchases.  Responsibilities

 Process customer requests for internal financing options, including reviewing credit applications, verifying customer information.

 Communicate with customers to explain financing options, terms, and conditions, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the process.

 Collaborate with sales teams to provide accurate and timely information regarding financing options available to customers.
 </li>

 Liaise with banks and financial institutions to secure financing for customers' vehicle purchases.

 Prepare necessary documentation for loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

 Ensure comprehensive customer information is provided for all applications (in-house deals, NOC requests, or Hold payments).

 Coordinate with sales admin to monitor compliance with deal approval terms and conditions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare a weekly report on the number of in-house deals initiated, bank deals, and relevant reports for approved customers.
 </li>

 Submit thorough and well-written in-house applications after meeting customers and gathering information.

 Qualifications

 Responsibilities

 Business Analysis:&nbsp;Gather requirements, analyze processes, identify gaps, and propose SAP-based solutions for sales and service and other functional modules.

 Configuration &amp; Design:&nbsp;Configure SAP SD/CS modules (e.g., sales orders, contracts, pricing, billing, service notifications, repair orders, pricing conditions).

 Implementation:&nbsp;Lead or participate in full lifecycle implementations, including design, build, test, and go-live.

 Collaborate with other members of the IT team to deliver the SAP requirements and develop work program timelines, risk assessments, design documents, and other planning documents.  Ability to conduct risk assessment and audits around SAP and support various SAP internal projects.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
