 Responsibilities

 Ensure a unified brand identity across all companies within the group.

 Engage with internal marketing stakeholders to understand their strategies and challenges, coordinating efforts to achieve an aligned standard across the group.

 <li>
 Build and maintain relationships with key marketing and public relations stakeholders to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and assess the performance of communication campaigns, providing insightful reports and analyses to executive management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify potential issues before they arise and make necessary changes to ensure organizational success.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assess the user experiences across the group and provide reports to improve conditions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan, organize, and manage projects at the group level, including setting objectives, schedules, required resources, and monitoring progress.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with the design team to produce content for various channels of the group.
 </li>
 <li>
 Encourage participation in volunteer opportunities to enhance professional growth and network expansion.
 </li>

 Develop and implement communication strategies and initiatives.

 Qualifications

 A Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Management, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in a project management role, specifically within a communications or marketing environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
 </li>
 <li>
 A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.
 </li>
