<div><div><p><b>Position Summary:</b></p><p>
The Alzheimer&rsquo;s Association is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Manager of Field Marketing and Communications to provide tactical marketing and communications support across the Lakes to Coast Territory.</p><p>
This role is responsible for developing and executing a wide range of marketing and communications materials and strategies that enhance awareness, engagement, and participation across mission and fundraising priorities. The Manager plays a key role in content creation, digital channel management, and production of tools and templates to support local implementation and brand consistency across the territory.</p><p>
The ideal candidate is a strong writer, digital communicator, and project manager who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about advancing the mission of the Alzheimer&rsquo;s Association.</p><p>
This position can be based anywhere within the Lakes to Coast Territory including Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina or South Carolina).</p><p><b>
Responsibilities</b></p><p>
Essential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>
Develop and produce marketing and communications tools and templates to support local staff across the territory, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.</li><li>
Create and manage content for newsletters, email marketing, website updates, and social media channels that reflect the Association&rsquo;s mission and drive engagement.</li><li>
Design and distribute internal communications materials that inform and connect staff and volunteers to key initiatives and priorities.</li><li>
Support the development of digital campaigns including copywriting, scheduling, posting, and monitoring performance across email, web, and social platforms.</li><li>
Assist with creative development and production of promotional materials, collateral, event signage, and advertising assets, leveraging national templates when possible.</li><li>
Maintain and update regional web pages to ensure content accuracy, alignment with brand standards, and accessibility for diverse audiences.</li><li>
Provide logistical and creative support for regional storytelling, media outreach, and other communications initiatives.</li><li>
Collaborate with regional and national MarComm colleagues to adapt and share content, best practices, and tools.</li><li>
Track and report on key digital metrics (email open rates, web traffic, social engagement) to inform future strategies.</li><li>
Recruit, coach, and collaborate with volunteer leaders to extend marketing and communications reach, serve as local ambassadors, and strengthen community engagement.</li><li>
Ensure all communications uphold the Association&rsquo;s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.</li><li><i>

Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.</li><li>
5&ndash;7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
</b></p><ul><li>Demonstrated success in content creation, digital marketing, and project coordination.</li><li>
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to tone, clarity, and brand alignment.</li><li>
Experience managing social media platforms and email marketing tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Constant Contact, Mailchimp, or similar).</li><li>
Familiarity with web content management systems and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>
Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.</li><li>
Creative storyteller with strong digital and visual communication skills.</li><li>
Proven ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content.</li><li>

<div><div><p><b>Position Summary:</b></p><p>
The Office Manager plays a central role for the successful daily operations of the Alzheimer&rsquo;s Association, Maine Chapter. This crucial position supports all staff members across pillars including Care &amp; Support, Concern &amp; Awareness, , DE&amp;I, Research, and Development with a strong focus on communications and operations. The Office Manager creates a lasting first impression of the organization by welcoming visitors, volunteers, and community partners and providing information to constituents. This role oversees office operations including processing incoming and outgoing mail, donations, event promotion, database management, office supplies, scheduling, website and social media management, and equipment maintenance.</p><p><b>
Responsibilities:
</b></p><ul><li>Responsible for processing donations, updating the donor database, and coordinating with regional operations and finance team to ensure tracking is accurate and donors are acknowledged in a timely manner. Maintain fundraising databases and provide reports for development staff.</li><li>
Coordinate acknowledgement process for gifts received including sponsorship, event fundraising, tributes, and general development.</li><li>
Prepare invoices for processing by accounting department including all recurring payments for occupancy costs, supplies, and event sponsorship.</li><li>
Facilitate purchasing of equipment, permits, licenses or office supplies for the Chapter staff and maintain files, databases, and documentation as required.</li><li>
Act as primary point person to field participant questions related to fundraising websites functionality and triage to respective development staff.</li><li>
Work closely with chapter and regional communication staff to support marketing, social media, programs &amp; services, event promotion, and public awareness campaigns.</li><li>
Oversees the maintenance of Chapter website and coordinate social media and digital content</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
High school diploma required. Two years post-secondary education in a related field preferred.</li><li>
Two years of experience as an administrative assistant, office manager or similar position.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
</b></p><ul><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office - including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with digital platforms or software programs such as Publisher or InDesign a plus, as well as proficiency with social media and virtual meeting platforms.</li><li>
Proficiency with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google docs, and Google Sheets.</li><li>
Proficiency with constituent database management programs and ability to learn new CRM.</li><li>
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and ages.</li><li>
