We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable <b>Shop Welder</b> to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Stick, Tig and MIG pipe and structural metal welding, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings. This is a full-time position working primarily in our fabrication shop.</div>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Perform welding tasks using Stick, TIG, and/or MIG techniques</li><li>
Fabricate and assemble metal structures, steel pipes and components per specifications</li><li>
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols</li><li>
Operate grinders, cutting torches, and other shop tools as needed</li><li>
Inspect welds for accuracy and quality</li><li>
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area</li><li>
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
2+ years of welding experience (shop environment preferred)</li><li>
Proficient with various welding techniques (Stick, TIG, MIG)</li><li>
Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings</li><li>
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail</li><li>
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment</li><li>
Welding certification(s) a plus but not required</li></ul><div><i>
All successful candidates must have a valid driver's license and complete a criminal background check.</i></div>
