Tasks
 
<ul>
<li>Organization and control of the company’s procurement processes;</li>
<li>Development and implementation of the procurement strategy;</li>
<li>Cost optimization and procurement budget management;</li>
<li>Monitoring compliance with delivery deadlines and quality standards;</li>
<li>Management of turnover and stock levels;</li>
<li>Inventory analysis and demand forecasting;</li>
<li>Interaction with logistics, production, and finance departments;</li>
<li>Leadership of the procurement team, training and development of employees;</li>
<li>Preparation of reports and analytics on procurement activities;</li>
<li>Selection, evaluation, and development of suppliers, negotiation management.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
 
<ul>
<li>Higher education;</li>
<li>At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position;</li>
<li>Proficiency in English and Russian (both written and spoken)</li>
<li>Analytical mindset, leadership skills, strategic thinking;</li>
<li>Strong organizational and systematic approach.</li>
