Tasks

<li>Calculating and placing orders with suppliers</li>
<li>Communicating with suppliers regarding orders, shipments, prices, and specifications</li>
<li>Conducting reconciliations with suppliers</li>
<li>Monitoring inventory levels in company warehouses</li>
<li>Ensuring uninterrupted product deliveries</li>
<li>Completing reports on work activities</li>
<li>Monitoring product availability</li>
<li>Holding meetings with employees of related departments to address shortages and overstocking</li>
</ul>
Requirements
 
<ul>
<li>Higher education in economics</li>
<li>2+ years of experience in procurement at a large trading company</li>
<li>Fluent English skills, Fluent Russian skills.</li>
<li>Excellent knowledge of business process management software and Excel</li>
</ul>
