<div><p>AM PM is looking for an experienced <b>Category Manager to join our team in Dubai</b> and take ownership of a product category within the assigned territory.</p>
<p>
The role is responsible for developing and implementing the category strategy, managing the product portfolio throughout its lifecycle, identifying market opportunities, and driving key commercial performance indicators.</p>
<p>
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset and a deep understanding of retail products, consumer demand, and competitive dynamics.</p>

Tasks</b></h2>
<ul><li>Develop and implement the category and product strategy for the assigned territory.</li>
<li>Define product positioning, value proposition, pricing policy, and assortment strategy based on market needs.</li>
<li>Analyze consumer demand, market trends, and competitors to identify new opportunities and promising segments.</li>
<li>Develop and manage the assortment matrix for short- and long-term perspectives.</li>
<li>Manage the product lifecycle, including new product launches and product phase-outs.</li>
<li>Formulate product requirements and market requests based on the needs of the territory.</li>
<li>Manage and optimize product cost and profitability.</li>
<li>Monitor and improve key commercial KPIs, including revenue, margin, sales, and inventory turnover.</li>
<li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive category development and commercial performance.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Requirements</b></h2>
<ul><li>3+ years of experience in <b>Category Management, Product Management or a similar commercial role</b>.</li>
<li>Experience with <b>retail products and end consumers</b>. Experience with Excel and structured data analysis</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of <b>category strategy, assortment management, pricing, and product lifecycle management</b>.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and commercial skills, with experience managing <b>sales, margin, cost, and inventory turnover</b>.</li>
<li>Advanced <b>Excel</b>, Power BI, and 1C skills.</li>
<li>Fluent English.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset.</li>
