Software Engineer III are responsible for contributing to the technical design, implementation and testing of the complete enterprise solution. They must possess skills in design and implementation, master data management, operational data store design (logical and physical models), dimensional design, implementation, stored procedures implementation, and database administration. A passion for making processes faster and more efficient through the use of the latest technology is also important.</div><div></div><p><br>
Candidates must have a proven track record delivering results in a timely and accurate fashion. They must be proficient with standard ETL tools, modeling tools, and standard enterprise databases. They must also have IT consulting experience, be familiar with a team approach to execution, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Responsible for handling enhancements and bug fixes on existing ASP.NET web sites and new projects</li><li>
Interface with business analysts to discuss timelines and clarify requirements as it pertains to new projects and/or enhancements and bug fixes.</li><li>
Research and find feasibility of new technologies and architectures where there may be a need</li><li>
Approve recommendations for new code standards</li><li>
Assist in designing and planning out solutions for new project requests and future enhancements.</li><li>
Assist in providing development estimates based on technical cost.</li><li>
Assist in building services by designing endpoint and structures</li><li>
Provide guidance and examples of methods to improve architecture of existing code</li><li>
Provide guidance on performance enhancements to existing code</li><li>
Use profiling tools to increase performance/efficiency in applications/APIs</li><li>
Improve security in applications and communication with APIs</li><li>
Conduct code reviews and help work towards peer review process</li><li>
Enforce unit testing</li><li>
Assist in database design and structures where applicable</li><li>
Provide technical advice, coaching, mentoring to other developers</li><li>
Can assist with preparing software builds via Git Merging/Branching</li><li>
Can effectively resolve Git merge conflicts</li><li>
Work across multiple applications</li><li>
Assist in documenting where needed</li><li>
Communicate well with the rest of the staff and promote an open collaborative code environment where all technical ideas are welcome to be evaluated</li><li>
Work closely and communicate well with Manager on team and other senior staff members</li><li>
Available to assist in interview process for Software Engineer 1-3 positions</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>5-7 years of C# or VB.NET and .NET Framework experience</li><li>

The Regional Sales Manager reports directly to the Division President.</div><div></div><div><br>
Major responsibilities of this position are partnering closely with the Division President, Underwriters and Loss Control to develop and execute a company sales and marketing plan for Workers&rsquo; Comp, Commercial Package, and other specialty lines, including implementing new ideas and tools for the company, and meeting the goals of the plan. Maintaining a solid understanding of the company&rsquo;s mission, vision and values, while upholding the standards of our organization.</div><div>
This is an outside sales position which may require travel.</div><div></div><div><br>

Collaborates with Division President and other departments to strategically develop and execute a company sales and marketing plan and achieve stated objectives;</li><li>
Sets appointments and conducts face-to-face and virtual meetings with current and prospective independent insurance agencies and brokers throughout the assigned territory;</li><li>
Actively reports on weekly sales calls, quarterly and annual sales team meetings;</li><li>
Works closely with Underwriting to monitor and follow up on new business submissions and quoted accounts;</li><li>
Participates in promotional activities and disseminates information to market the Risico name and services;</li><li>
Analyzes marketing program(s) and adjusts strategy to increase effectiveness;</li><li>
Plans, oversees, and approves execution of promotional activities including print, electronic media, LinkedIn and direct mail, safeguarding against misrepresentations about Risico&rsquo;s services;</li><li>
Works closely with management team to improve marketing and business development aspects of the business including, but not limited to, marketing brochures, customer relations, the company website and communicating plans to entire organization to achieve the goals of the company;</li><li>
Responds promptly to detected problems regarding sales and marketing materials or presentations, taking corrective action as needed;</li><li>
Maintains an understanding of the company&rsquo;s products, services and solutions and initiates discussions with other business units as appropriate;</li><li>
Exhibits knowledge of competitor products and capabilities along with general market trends;</li><li>
Keeps current with market trends and demands;</li><li>
Plans and conducts market research to identify opportunities for increased sales;</li><li>
Ensures that necessary changes, concerns, ideas are brought to the Division President for approval;</li><li>

Knowledge of the commercial insurance industry, its products and services, especially in the southeastern areas if the U.S.</li><li>
