<p><b>
Each Interior Designer provides vital Real Estate team functions:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Support in project set-up and organization of project files.</li>
<li>Support the design team in preparing files for test-fitting including receiving and editing AutoCAD files and developing an initial Revit file.</li>
<li>Support the team in developing and refining test-fits for field offices.</li>
<li>Attending design meetings with external design firm.</li>
<li>Participate in weekly coordination meetings with the internal real estate team.</li>
<li>Prepare internal resources for move-coordination team, including but not limited to seating chart plans, and coffee and water location plans</li>
<li>Prepare internally coordinated packages for review, approval, and production including signage, graphics, and branding.</li>
<li>Assist in development of office welcome packet for new office openings.</li>
<li>Support the selection and coordination of art for the field offices.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>We are looking for people with the following:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Revit, AutoCAD and/or Sketchup, Adobe Suite (including InDesign and Illustrator), graphic rendering</li>
<li>Accredited interior design degree</li>
<li>1-3 years corporate interior design or relevant interior design experience</li>
<li>Interest and intention in pursuing NCIDQ certification</li>
<li>Graphic rendering abilities and graphic design experience or interest</li>
<li>Strong graphic presentation and communication skills</li>
<li>Working knowledge of interior design construction drawings and detailing; building systems, and ADA requirements</li>
<li>Project coordination experience working with consultants and vendors</li>
<li>Proactive, resourceful, detail oriented</li>
</ul>
