   To track the validity of Personnel Licenses, Staff Authorizations and Certificates
  </li>
  <li>
   To administrate Personnel Records and Personnel Database, including certifying staff licenses, maintenance personnel training and qualification and ensure that records and database are up-to-date
  </li>
  <li>
   To administrate Certifying Staff Member authorizations and certificates
  </li>
  <li>
   To liaise with training organizations and organize internal trainings
  </li>
  <li>
   To archive current and revised Original Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) and at is annexes
  </li>
 </ul>

   Required Skills and Qualifications:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s or Associate Degree
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
  </li>
  <li>
   Positive and proactive attitude towards Quality &amp; Safety
  </li>
  <li>
   Able to thrive in a changing environment
  </li>
  <li>
   Able to work with company department managers to guide Quality &amp; Safety requirements without causing friction
  </li>
  <li>
   Good ability to manipulate digital databases so as to maintain an efficient central database
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluent in English
  </li>

   Responsibilities
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Management and leadership of the Aircraft Maintenance department
  </li>
  <li>
   Leads subordinates by setting targets, coaching and controlling
  </li>
  <li>
   Supervises all activities of the Aircraft Maintenance department
  </li>
  <li>
   Liaises with customers
  </li>
  <li>
   Assures that given budget figures are met
  </li>
  <li>
   Supervises ordering processes of required equipment
  </li>
  <li>
   Takes an active role and responsibility in the quotation process
  </li>
  <li>
   Assures that the relevant approvals of the Aviation Authorities are maintained
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensures that maintenance, installation as well as production activities within the completion are carried out in accordance with the requirements and are documented properly
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensures that safety rules are followed during all activities
  </li>
  <li>
   Communicates the status and condition of the maintenance activities to the relevant departments
  </li>
  <li>
   Assure that all used relevant manuals are up-to-date and as per latest revision status
  </li>
  <li>
   Plans and supervises workload and knows about status of projects at all time
  </li>
  <li>
   Plans, organizes and coordinates training for employees within the department
  </li>
  <li>
   Must work in accordance with applicable procedure as per Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) and other AMAC Specifications
  </li>
