   Management and leadership of the Aircraft Maintenance department
  </li>
  <li>
   Leads subordinates by setting targets, coaching and controlling
  </li>
  <li>
   Supervises all activities of the Aircraft Maintenance department
  </li>
  <li>
   Liaises with customers
  </li>
  <li>
   Assures that given budget figures are met
  </li>
  <li>
   Supervises ordering processes of required equipment
  </li>
  <li>
   Takes an active role and responsibility in the quotation process
  </li>
  <li>
   Assures that the relevant approvals of the Aviation Authorities are maintained
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensures that maintenance, installation as well as production activities within the completion are carried out in accordance with the requirements and are documented properly
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensures that safety rules are followed during all activities
  </li>
  <li>
   Communicates the status and condition of the maintenance activities to the relevant departments
  </li>
  <li>
   Assure that all used relevant manuals are up-to-date and as per latest revision status
  </li>
  <li>
   Plans and supervises workload and knows about status of projects at all time
  </li>
  <li>
   Plans, organizes and coordinates training for employees within the department
  </li>
  <li>
   Must work in accordance with applicable procedure as per Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) and other AMAC Specifications
  </li>

Maintenance Manager - Bodrum, TR

 <ul>
  <li>
   Acting as certifying staff in AMAC 145 maintenance organization
  </li>
  <li>
   Performance of routine and non-routine task cards
  </li>
  <li>
   Performance of related operational tasks
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform daily / weekly checks as required
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections
  </li>
  <li>
   Review and carry out necessary actions to rectify flight problem
  </li>
 </ul>

  <strong>
   Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   5-7 years practical experience of base maintenance
  </li>
  <li>
   Holder of EASA Part-66 Cat B1 B2 / SHGM Part 66 Cat B1 B2
  </li>
  <li>
   B787 rating with minimum 3 years of experience as Certifying Staff on aircraft type
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability / flexibility to work and to adapt in different environments
  </li>
  <li>
   Advanced trouble shooting experience
  </li>
  <li>
   Good communication skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Highly motivated and willingness to take initiative
  </li>
  <li>
   Awareness of highest standard in terms of quality, reliability and safety
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in Corporate Aviation is an advantage
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluent in English
  </li>
