Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various welding techniques and fabrication processes. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. As a Welder, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling metal structures and components, ensuring high-quality standards are met.Duties<ul><li>Perform MIG, TIG, FCAW, and Stick welding on various materials including sheet metal and pipes.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications.</li><li>Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to fabricate components according to design requirements.</li><li>Conduct quality checks using calipers and micrometers to ensure precision in measurements.</li><li>Assemble metal parts using welding techniques while adhering to ASME codes &amp; standards.</li><li>Operate cranes and forklifts safely for transporting materials within the construction site or manufacturing facility.</li><li>Execute pipe threading and ductwork installation as required by project specifications.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety protocols at all times.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in welding within a construction or manufacturing environment is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with fabrication processes and mechanical knowledge is essential.</li><li>Experience with machining, soldering, plasma cutting, press brake machines, and rigging is a plus.</li><li>Basic math skills are necessary for accurate measurements and calculations during fabrication tasks.</li><li>Previous experience working with assembly processes will be beneficial.
