About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Nurse Manager for the Labor &amp; Delivery (LDR) Department to join our hospital. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and provide strong leadership to the nursing team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and supervise the LDR nursing team to ensure safe and efficient patient care.</li><li>Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.</li><li>Implement and monitor clinical standards, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory and hospital quality standards.</li><li>Support staff development through training, mentoring, and continuous education.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Nursing (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>Valid nursing license.</li><li>Minimum 7&ndash;10 years of nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within LDR or Women&rsquo;s Health.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Experience working in a hospital setting within the Middle East is an advantage.</li><li>Arabic Female Candidate is preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR15,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Current Salary : </li></ul>Expected Salary : Notice Period :Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Doha (Required)</li></ul>
