 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 &bull; Build scalable backend services &amp; APIs (Node.js, TypeScript, Python)
 
 
 &bull; Lead backend architecture and technical decisions
 
 
 &bull; Own features end-to-end, from design to production
 
 
 &bull; Mentor engineers and help grow the team
 
 
 &bull; Collaborate with UAE-based product &amp; engineering teams
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 &bull; 7+ years of backend engineering experience
 
 
 &bull; Strong in Node.js, TypeScript, and Python
 
 
 &bull; Experience with distributed systems &amp; databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
 
 
 &bull; Proven ability to ship production systems
 
 
 &bull; Excellent English communication
 
 
 
 Nice to Have
 
 
 
 &bull; FinTech / trading experience
 
 
 &bull; Event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
 
 
 &bull; AI/ML or data pipelines
