Role Responsibilities: <ul><li>Site supervision</li><li>Manpower management</li><li>Daily coordination of construction activities</li><li>Calculating quantities from drawings (concrete, steel, blockwork, plaster, etc.)</li><li>Read and interpret drawings, method statements, and project specifications</li><li>Handling fast-track projects and delivering within required timelines and quality standards</li><li>Coordinate effectively with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and project managers</li></ul>Education, Qualification, and Skills: <ul><li>Diploma in Civil Engineering or 10+2 in science (Physics+ Chemistry + Math)</li><li>Minimum 8 years of experience in the UAE/Gulf region</li><li>Strong background in steel structure and RCC building construction</li><li>Good understanding of HSE rules and ability to implement safety measures on site</li><li>Proficient in basic computer skills including MS Word and Excel</li><li>Capable of writing emails, daily reports, and progress updates</li><li>Good communication skills and leadership qualities to manage teams on site</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Salary expectation</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Steel Structure: 10 years (Required)</li><li>RCC building construction: 10 years (Required)</li></ul>
