Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy &amp; Management<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other platforms.</li><li>Develop performance-driven strategies to increase reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.</li><li>Manage paid campaigns for brand building, sales promotions, service offers, and new model launches.</li><li>Ensure campaigns align with OEM guidelines and business objectives.</li></ul>Social Media Leadership<ul><li>Lead social media planning, content ideas, and content calendar management.</li><li>Review and approve posts, stories, reels, and videos to maintain strong brand presence.</li><li>Monitor performance insights and drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Guide the team in community management and audience engagement.</li></ul>Website, SEO &amp; Lead Flow Management<ul><li>Oversee website updates, landing pages, and lead forms to ensure smooth lead capture.</li><li>Implement SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and agencies for technical updates.</li><li>Track and ensure timely follow-up and conversion of digital leads by coordinating with sales teams.</li></ul>Team Collaboration &amp; Leadership<ul><li>Lead, train, and support a small digital team to improve output and creativity.</li><li>Work closely with branches, sales teams, and OEM marketing on campaigns and approvals.</li><li>Manage agency relationships for creative and technical support.</li></ul>Performance Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Track digital KPIs and prepare performance reports for management review.</li><li>Analyze traffic, lead funnel, cost efficiencies, and ROI.</li><li>Provide data-backed recommendations for growth and optimization.</li></ul>Branding &amp; Creative Oversight<ul><li>Supervise creation of promotional materials, customer stories, event coverage, and visual creatives.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communication, Media, or related fields.</li><li>3&ndash;10 years of strong hands-on experience in digital marketing.</li><li>Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics tools, SEO, and content strategy.</li><li>Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team effectively.</li><li>Strong copywriting and basic design/video editing skills (Canva/Photoshop) preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and coordination skills</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
