Job Overview: The High-Rise Construction Site Engineer will oversee the day-to-day operations on the construction site of high-rise buildings. This role involves managing the construction process, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of the project.Key Responsibilities:Site Management:<ul><li>Oversee and manage all on-site activities to ensure the project is completed on time, within scope, and within budget.</li><li>Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and local building codes.</li><li>Monitor construction progress and address any issues that may cause delays or affect quality.</li></ul>Quality Control:<ul><li>Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high standards of construction.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify the quality of work and materials.</li><li>Address any non-compliance issues and take corrective actions as necessary.</li></ul>Safety Management:<ul><li>Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site.</li><li>Conduct regular safety meetings and site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.</li></ul>Documentation and Reporting:<ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspection records.</li><li>Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, including any changes, delays, or issues encountered.</li><li>Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.</li></ul>Resource Management:<ul><li>Manage site resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment.</li><li>Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to avoid any disruptions in the construction schedule.</li><li>Monitor and control site expenditures to stay within the project budget.</li></ul>Technical Support &amp; Analysis of Structural Design:<ul><li>Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams on structural design to ensure work is performed according to technical specifications.</li><li>Resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during construction.</li></ul>Stakeholder Liaison:<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact on site for clients, consultants, and local authorities.</li><li>Ensure client requirements and expectations are clearly understood and met.</li><li>Facilitate site visits and inspections by clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.</li><li>Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction engineering, with a focus on high-rise buildings.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials used in high-rise construction.</li><li>Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.</li><li>Proficient in construction management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD or MS Project).</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Strong organizational and project management abilities.</li></ul>03005006543 (whatsApp)ORhr@amanahmall.com.pkJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
