Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for vertical apartment sales.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and real estate agents.</li><li>Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their real estate investment needs.</li><li>Conduct property presentations, tours, and negotiations to close deals effectively.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that attract and engage potential buyers.</li><li>Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.</li><li>Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Portfolio Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role in the real estate industry (3+ years preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, particularly in vertical apartment projects.</li><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.</li><li>Results-driven, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).</li></ul>Apply at0300-5006543hr@amanahmall.com.pkJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
