Graphic Designer - Intern

Key Responsibilities:&middot; Perform accurate quantity take-offs for ongoing and upcoming projects.&middot; Preparation/ verification of Interim Payment Certificates based on work completed at the site.&middot; Verification of sub-contractor bills and administration of payments through petty cash.&middot; Prepare/verify comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs).&middot; Develop detailed cost estimates for materials, Labor, and other project resources.&middot; Conduct cost analysis and assist in value engineering.&middot; Prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).&middot; Coordinate with the project team to ensure cost control and timely reporting.&middot; Maintain proper project documentation and quantity records.Requirements:* Education: DAE (Civil) or equivalent qualification.* Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or real estate projects.Technical Skills:&middot; Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.&middot; AutoCAD&middot; Proficiency in financial management within construction projects.&middot; Microsoft Excel &amp; Office SuiteSoft Skills:&middot; Strong analytical and numerical skills&middot; Excellent communication and coordination abilities&middot; High attention to detail and accuracyJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
