<li> Organize staffing and participate in &ldquo;on-call&rdquo; rotation</li>
<li> Manage clients&rsquo; funds responsibly</li>
<li> Monitor documentation and charting for accuracy and compliance</li>
<li> Assist in medication monitoring and delivery</li>
<li> Train newly hired staff</li>
<li> Perform various administrative duties as needed</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications</b><br>
</div> <ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or higher required</li>
<li> Strong organizational and communication skills</li>
<li> Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively</li>
