 About the role:
 
 
 
 As a
 
 Marketing Executive
 
 at Amanleek, you will directly contribute in driving the company&rsquo;s growth and strengthening our position in the insurance market. You will own the execution of impactful marketing initiatives across multiple channels, creating compelling content that builds brand credibility, attracts qualified leads, and supports revenue growth. Working closely with the marketing, sales, and HR teams, you will help shape how Amanleek is perceived by customers, partners, and talent alike.
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities:

 Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media and digital channels.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Grow and engage online communities while monitoring performance and insights.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop high-quality written content for blogs, websites, emails, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Write persuasive, on-brand copy aligned with Amanleek&rsquo;s tone and objectives.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and execute SEO-optimized content (blogs, landing pages, website updates) to improve organic visibility.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Track content and campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Create conversion-focused content to attract, nurture, and qualify leads in collaboration with the sales team.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and manage automated nurturing campaigns across email, CRM, and remarketing channels.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Segment audiences and optimize messaging to improve engagement and conversion.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce and support short-form video content for employer branding, HR, and awareness initiatives.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop B2B marketing materials, presentations, and thought leadership content targeting corporate clients.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content and communication channels.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Support planning and execution of events, webinars, HR sessions, and corporate activations.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate production of printed materials and manage vendors to ensure quality and brand compliance.
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 2&ndash;4 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or campaign management.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent writing and editing abilities in both English &amp; Arabic.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience managing social media platforms with b
 
 
 asic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to analyze performance metrics and extract insights
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with CRM or email automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe suite) and video editing tools.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 High initiative, creative, and detail-oriented with a positive Let's-do-spirit

 Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
