 About Role:
 
 
 
 
 We are seeking a motivated Business Development &amp; Partnerships Specialist to support growth by identifying new opportunities, cultivating relationships, and expanding value across existing client partnerships. This role blends business development, partnerships, and insurance advisory support, with a strong focus on execution, learning, and collaboration.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels with clear revenue generation impact.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Deeply Engage with existing clients' portfolio to create greater value through cross-selling insurance offerings tailored to their business needs.
 
 </li>

 Conduct market and client research to uncover unmet needs and opportunities while being able to capitalize on market shifts and trends.
 
 </li>

 Assist in developing business propositions and clients' solutions that align with Amanleek&rsquo;s growth strategy and market opportunities.
 
 </li>

 Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of partnerships and revenue generation.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and report on business development activities and outcomes, including pipeline, client expansion, and revenue impact.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent Amanleek at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, corporates, and other stakeholders.
 
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2&ndash;4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or account management (experience in insurance or financial services / fin-tech is a plus).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interest and eagerness to learn about various insurance lines and how they serve business clients.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent presentation and proposal creation skills in both English and Arabic.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Resilience and persistence in follow-up, with a proactive approach to closing opportunities.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multi-task and manage an active business pipeline with multiple entities in parallel.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

 About The Role:
 
 
 
 As a Sales Advisor in our Sales Motor Insurance team, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for selling Amanleek&rsquo;s motor insurance programs directly to individual customers. Your goal is to understand their needs, build trust, and guide them toward the most suitable coverage options&mdash;all while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities &amp; Duties:

 Present, promote, and sell motor insurance products to individuals through calls, messages, and referrals.

 <li>
 Understand each customer&rsquo;s specific needs and recommend the most suitable insurance plan in a clear, simple, and honest way

 Follow up on leads provided by the system and ensure consistent communication until the sale is closed.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Close sales efficiently while ensuring all details are accurately captured and policies are issued smoothly.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organized records of conversations, offers, and client preferences using our CRM.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while delivering quality service and maintaining customer trust.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover after the sale and support a smooth customer experience.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay informed about insurance products, pricing updates, and competitor offerings.
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>

 A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of experience in B2C sales, Telesales or a similar role.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Very good command of verbal and written English skills.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Target-driven, persistent, and comfortable working in a dynamic sales environment.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Empathetic and client-focused approach with the ability to build trust quickly.
