Position Overview : As a Client Relations &amp; Logistics Coordinator, you'll serve as the central hub for all communications and coordination among clients, carriers (liners/shipping lines), internal teams, and service providers. Your role is critical in driving efficient, seamless shipment processes by managing inquiries, delivering timely updates, and maintaining organized client records. You&rsquo;ll thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and help sustain high levels of client satisfaction with detailed, proactive communication.Job Description -<ul><li>Co-ordinate with multiple parties.</li><li>Responding to enquiries of all the customers in the most efficient manner.</li><li>Regular updates and follow up with clients/ liners/ Shipping lines other service providers.</li><li>Regular follow up with internal departments to get updates on client issues.</li><li>Maintaining data of all clients/ potential clients.</li><li>Up-to data reporting to clients with cargo status pertaining to various shipments.</li></ul>Requirement -<ul><li>Excellent verbal &amp; communication skills, Multi-tasking &amp; ability to handle work pressure.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Customer-centric mindset.</li><li>Basic computer skills.</li><li>Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and procedures.</li><li>Should have good command over Software Skills &ndash; Internet, MS Office, E-mail Etiquettes.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
