Job Description &ndash; Import Documentation Executive<ul><li>Stay updated on current customs regulations and import-related policies.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with local and international import laws.</li><li>Obtain and verify all import-related documents to avoid errors or compliance issues.</li><li>Identify and flag missing documents or discrepancies related to customs requirements.</li><li>Prepare and submit accurate and timely import documentation for customs clearance.</li><li>Draft and manage duty exemption documents for applicable import processes.</li><li>Oversee all import procedures and associated paperwork.</li><li>Manage customs documentation for the clearing and forwarding of imported goods.</li><li>Coordinate with clearing agents for timely goods clearance at the port of arrival.</li><li>Liaise with shipping companies for updates on import consignments.</li><li>Coordinate with port authorities for vessel handling and cargo unloading.</li><li>Monitor and ensure the smooth movement of consignments to the final delivery point.</li><li>Maintain proper records of import documentation, such as licenses, certificates, and customs bonds.</li><li>Share daily status reports with the reporting manager.</li><li>Collaborate with various stakeholders including clients, Customs Authorities, Shipping Lines, Ports/ICDs/CFSs, and internal departments.</li><li>Perform any additional tasks assigned by senior management related to import operations.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years of experience in import documentation, customs clearance, or freight forwarding.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Indian customs regulations and international import compliance procedures.</li><li>Proficiency in handling and preparing Bill of Entry, invoice, packing list, COO, HSN codes, etc.</li><li>Excellent communication skills&mdash;both written and verbal.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments/documents simultaneously.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Skilled in MS Office, Excel, internet use, and email handling.</li><li>Adaptability to learn new systems and documentation tools.</li><li>A proactive and customer-focused attitude.</li><li>Team player with a collaborative work approach.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;30,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Have you worked with documentation such as Bill of Entry, invoices, packing lists, COO, and HSN codes?</li><li>Are you familiar with Indian customs clearance procedures and import regulations?</li><li>How many years of experience do you have in import documentation -CHA </li></ul>Work Location: In person

Import Documentation - CHA

Job Description &ndash; Export Documentation Executive<ul><li>Stay updated on export regulations, DGFT policies, and international trade requirements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local and global export laws and regulations.</li><li>Collect and verify all necessary export documents to avoid delays or compliance issues.</li><li>Identify and resolve missing or incorrect documentation before submission.</li><li>Prepare and submit accurate and timely shipping and customs documentation for export consignments.</li><li>Draft and manage documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, SDF, COO, and Bill of Lading.</li><li>Handle duty drawback and export incentive documentation, if applicable.</li><li>Liaise with shipping lines and freight forwarders for vessel bookings and scheduling.</li><li>Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agents) for timely customs clearance.</li><li>Ensure smooth handover of goods to shipping lines or airlines.</li><li>Follow up with ports/ICDs/CFSs on cargo movement and vessel cut-off deadlines.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of export documentation, certificates, and regulatory filings.</li><li>Update and share daily export tracking reports with the reporting manager.</li><li>Communicate with clients, banks (for LC/BRC documentation), Customs Authorities, Ports, and Internal Teams.</li><li>Perform any other tasks related to export operations, as assigned by senior management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in export documentation or international logistics preferred.</li><li>Sound knowledge of Indian export procedures, customs systems, and documentation flow.</li><li>Familiar with ICEGATE portal, DGFT, shipping documentation, and INCOTERMS.</li><li>Proficient in handling LC, BRC, shipping bills, and post-shipment documentation.</li><li>Excellent communication skills&mdash;written and verbal.</li><li>Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple shipments simultaneously.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet shipping deadlines.</li><li>Skilled in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.</li><li>A quick learner with a proactive and process-driven mindset.</li><li>Team player with strong coordination and follow-up skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;30,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you familiar with export documentation processes such as shipping bills, commercial invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading?</li><li>Are you experienced in using the ICEGATE portal and handling post-shipment documentation?</li><li>How many years of experience do you have in export documentation - CHA</li></ul>Work Location: In person
