FWA utilizes the arts to benefit the community, documenting and presenting leaders who have influenced the course of history</li><li>FWA&rsquo;s mission is to present stories that inspire, empower, and educate future leaders</li><li>Scherley Busch Studios. A multimedia studio directs FWA documentary productions and creates and exhibits fine-art photography and video.</li></ul>Internships and/or paid positions available.Background<ul><li>FWA Photographic Documentary, which has been shown at over 60 venues, including The US Senate Russell Rotunda, The Florida Governor's Mansion, and The HistoryMiami Museum is currently working with a search committee to find a permanent home for the FWA Photographic Documentary, which can be permanently housed and available for community showings.</li><li>Virtual Museum: With FWA&rsquo;s goal to reach an expansive audience, the FWA website is being redesigned and augmented to include educational and mentoring presentations. The archive&rsquo;s goal is to preserve Women&rsquo;s History by presenting historical references and a wealth of guidance from these inspirational role model presentations. This online portal will chronicle new leaders and those featured over the last three decades in a platform that gives viewers a sense of history and insights into personal journeys of opportunities and challenges.</li></ul>Internships and Part-Time PositionsStart Date: March 2026Schedule: PT and flexible timesLocation: South Coconut GroveSeeking Mature /Responsible junior, senior, or graduate students with creative and technical skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to problem solve.FWA Virtual Museum and Physical Exhibit CurationExperience/Responsibilities - Knowledge of DSLR cameras, audio, and lighting equipment- Assist with coordinating exhibit content for the FWA Virtual Museum and FWA Photographic Documentary exhibit.- Assisting with still photo,- Experience with Photoshop and/or Final Cut /- Website Design- Organizational skills- Writing skills- Work with the gallery/museum committeeCurrent projects include:We are currently working on curating and editing our past recorded lecture seriesand interviews recording new content, and updating biographical information for the documentary.
