ANIK is seeking Experience Ambassadors- Field Interviewers. Bilingual speakers preferably, all welcome to apply For a project starting Sep 23rd - January 2026, for AC Transit. This is an entry level customer service position. You will be hired to conduct interviews with riders onboard. It is a tablet survey, plotting start and end locations on Google Maps for market research to improve transit in the Oakland area.Schedule will be 5 days each week, excluding holidays.Project Dates: Sep 23rd- January, 2026Shift Times: AM, 5:00am-1:00pm; PM, 2:00pm-10:00pm approx.Training Date: AM: Tuesday, September 23rd, 2025 &amp; PM: Wednesday, September 24thHours: 40 hours per week.Pay rate: $25.00 per hourReport Location<ul><li>Report locations will be throughout the East Bay area.</li><li>Parking may be available at some locations while others may not have parking.</li></ul>ResponsibilitiesExperience Ambassadors are responsible for:<ul><li>Arriving at their pre-scheduled location on time.</li><li>Connect in-person with travelers to request their participation in a 5 minute questionnaire.</li><li>Conduct one on one interviews, passengers will not use the tablet.</li><li>Return to starting location to return equipment, receive supervisor feedback, and receive a report time and location for the following day.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently.</li><li>Punctual.</li><li>Outgoing and natural communicator.</li><li>Bilingual in English and any other language is encouraged, but not required.</li><li>Excited about community improvement and innovation.</li><li>Ability to stand on moving transportation for extended periods.</li><li>Proficient in Apple iPad and Google maps.</li><li>At least 18 years of age</li></ul>Attire:<ul><li>Comfortable shoes preferably with rubber soles for safety (high heels not recommended)</li><li>No T-shirts with graphic designs</li><li>Pants with no tears or sagging</li><li>No facial tattoos or facial piercings</li></ul>Who is ANIKAt ANIK, we believe in the power of connection and the value of positive shared experiences.
