Job description
 
We are looking for a skilled and motivated E&E Harness Designer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and release of electrical wiring harness systems in accordance with OEM standards and project requirements. You will work in a hybrid working model in Bursa, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic automotive environment.
 
Responsibilities
 
Manage STEP CAD releases (STEP 1, STEP 2, STEP 3, STEP 5).
 
Develop 3D wiring harness mathematics and release data in TCAE/PLM according to the technological structure.
 
Prepare NX/PLM 3D and 3DA elements in compliance with Stellantis norms, including RPS and defined tolerances.
 
Detail fixings, connector descriptions, and ensure 3D/3DA integration.
 
Provide supporting documentation for ODM preparation and style feedback.
 
Support DFMEA activities and collaborate with the Calculation team on FEA model updates.
 
Create formboards for CD2D.
 
Requirements
 
Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
 
0-2 years of experience with Catia or NX.
 
Knowledge of wiring harness components; OEM or harness maker experience is preferred.
 
Experience in a PLM environment is a plus.
 
English proficiency at least B2 level.

Wiring Harness System Architect (Hybrid)

Job description
 
We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer to design and develop enterprise-level applications using BOA Framework and modern .NET technologies. You will play a key role in defining application architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance, and guiding development teams through best practices.
 
Responsibilities
 
Design and own application architecture using BOA Framework
 
Develop and maintain applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)
 
Define and enforce coding standards, architectural principles, and best practices
 
Review code and ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions
 
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams
 
Drive performance optimization, security, and maintainability
 
Mentor and guide developers and technical leads
 
Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies when appropriate
 
Requirements
 
Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience
 
Strong expertise in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)
 
Hands-on experience with BOA Framework (required)
 
Proven experience in software architecture and system design
 
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns
 
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
 
Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases
 
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
 
Strong communication and leadership skills

Senior Software Developer (Hybrid)

Job description
 
We are looking for an experienced React Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications. You will be responsible for defining frontend architecture, setting best practices, and mentoring development teams while working closely with product and backend stakeholders.
 
Responsibilities
 
Design and own the frontend architecture of complex web applications
 
Lead React application development using TypeScript
 
Define coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines
 
Review code and ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions
