Amatrol is seeking a VR/AR Graphic Designer to join our Graphical Services team in Jeffersonville, IN. In this role, you&rsquo;ll create high-quality 3D art, models, and scenes for immersive virtual reality simulators and augmented reality experiences that support technical education. You&rsquo;ll collaborate with programmers, optimize assets for real-time performance, and help shape intuitive, user-centered designs.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Develop and edit 3D models, textures, lighting, and scenes for VR/AR applications.</li><li>Work with developers to design user-friendly, engaging simulations.</li><li>Test and refine graphics in VR/AR environments.</li><li>Support other multimedia and design projects as needed.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s degree in graphic arts (Bachelor&rsquo;s preferred) or equivalent experience.</li><li>4+ years of 3D art experience.</li><li>Skills in at least 3 areas of the VR/AR graphics pipeline (modeling, texturing, shading, lighting, rigging, rendering).</li><li>Experience with VR headsets and tools such as Cinema 4D, Redshift, Unity, and Substance Painter/Designer.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.</li></ul>What Are the Rewards?<ul><li>High end hardware and software</li><li>Excellent Team and Collaboration with other artists</li><li>Excellent Work Environment, typically Monday &ndash; Friday (8p-5p)</li><li>Generous PTO Plan with 120 hours (3 weeks) accrued within first year!</li><li>Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance</li><li>Company paid Life insurance and Short Term Disability</li><li>401(k) Plan with company match!</li></ul>What does Amatrol do?Amatrol designs, develops and manufactures technical training systems, highly interactive eLearning, hands-on simulators, and more to train tomorrow&rsquo;s global workforce for many diverse industries such as manufacturing, oil and gas, packaging, etc. Colleges, universities, and high schools as well as companies use our made-in-the-USA products to teach individuals technical and workplace skills ranging from entry level basic technical skills to advanced technology troubleshooting for both degree and certification preparation.
