We are growing are looking for an elite, professional installer to be the critical link between our workshop and our valued builder partners.Position Overview: This is not a &quot;cabinet hanger&quot; position. As a Custom Cabinet Installer, you are responsible for installing our master-built cabinetry in some of the most luxurious homes in San Antonio. You are the problem-solver on-site. You are the professional face of our company.What You Will Do <ul><li>On-site installation of high-end custom cabinetry, including kitchens, complex built-ins, vanities, closets, and wine walls.</li><li>Read and precisely interpret architectural drawings, elevations, and cabinetry plans to ensure perfect placement and execution.</li><li>Perform master-level scribing, fitting, and trimming to achieve seamless, &quot;built-in&quot; integration with imperfect walls, floors, and ceilings.</li><li>Install and meticulously adjust all complex hardware (European hinges, drawer slides, lift systems, decorative pulls) to ensure flawless operation and perfect, consistent reveals.</li><li>Serve as the primary on-site professional, communicating with project managers, builders, and occasionally homeowners with courtesy, confidence, and a solutions-first mindset.</li></ul>Who You Are (Qualifications &amp; Attributes)<ul><li>A Master of Your Craft: You have a minimum of 5-7 years of verifiable experience in high-end, custom cabinet installation. You have a portfolio or photos of your work that you are proud to share.</li><li>A Meticulous Problem-Solver: You are obsessed with the details. You see and fix the small imperfections that others ignore. You can think on your feet and find solutions to the inevitable, unexpected challenges of a custom job site.</li><li>A Skilled Technician: You are an expert at reading complex blueprints. You have mastery-level skills in scribing and fitting.</li><li>A True Professional: You have a professional, clean-cut appearance, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
