 Data Center and Infrastructure Hiring - Experience sourcing for data center operations, critical facilities, or Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ IT infrastructure roles/ cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), with relevant Academic backgrounds including degrees or certifications in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Sciences, HVAC, Electrician trades, Facilities Maintenance, and IT-related Field will be required.

 <li>
 Boolean and Advanced Search - Ability to create targeted Boolean strings to identify candidates with niche technical skills across LinkedIn, X-ray search/ Open web, GitHub, trade forums and specialized job boards will be an added advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Candidate Engagement for Passive Talent - Skilled at requirement gathering, sourcing and screening candidates in specialized technical fields, with ability to articulate role-based value proposition to the candidate.  The Regional Environmental Engineer (REE) will be responsible for environmental compliance at Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centers in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Bahrain.
 
 
 The REE will develop standards and policies to support regulatory compliance and provide environmental compliance guidance for regional operations and construction teams. The individual will complete environmental performance analysis, establish and monitor metrics, and guide the teams in implementation of Amazon environmental standards. The REE will work with internal and external partners that include government entities, contractors, consultants, design, construction, operations and other key stakeholders. This position is based in the Dubai and will require regular domestic travel and occasional international travel.
