 Strategic Problem Solving

 Identify business bottlenecks, design data-backed solutions, and work cross functionally to execute interventions to assist sales &amp; ops teams
 </li>

 Lead critical projects across sales and operations to improve productivity, efficiency, or cost-effectiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Account management of alliance relationships and drive wallet share across strategic partners
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Business Analytics &amp; Reporting
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key business metrics, performance KPIs, and revenue trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Guide city teams with actionable insights on partner engagement and retention
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct deep-dives into sales funnels, conversion rates, and process drop-offs to generate actionable insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track performance of key initiatives and create leadership reports with sharp, insight-led narratives.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Inter-Departmental Collaboration
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as a connector between Sales, Ops, Finance, Product, and Training teams to drive alignment and remove execution roadblocks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely data flow, reporting, and cross-functional coordination for high impact projects.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Execution Ownership
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Take end-to-end ownership of key strategic programs &ndash; from design to rollout and tracking outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive adherence to timelines and rigor in execution by managing stakeholders across levels.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor/Master&rsquo;s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of experience in Program Management, Business Analytics, Strategic Ops, or similar roles in operations focused B2B, fintech, or high-growth startups
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to translate data into business action with strong execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
 </li>
 </ul>
