We are looking for passionate S.interior designers to join our team,candidate must have 5+ years of extensive experience in high-end residential , commercial &amp; hospitality interiors, from concept to completion including delivery of highly detailed rendering, understanding details, and providing solutions as well as client-facing with a strong personality and decision making.candidates must have experience in 3dsMax ,AutoCAD &amp; photoshop.** portfolio is mandatory for applications construction otherwise the application will be neglectedROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* create breathtaking designs* handling many projects simeltanuasly .* Set a client meeting to understand the design needs and client preferences regarding interior styles and colors ,further coordination is required to meet the project objectives.* Create mood /material boards for client approval.* Undertake design project from concept into completion.* Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project and ensure completion on the given timeline.* Visiting Site if requested by client/design manager.* Coordinate with the Contractor/Consultant and revise the shop drawings.* Prepare space planning Layout.* prepare schematic layouts and design drawings if required.* Work on the Furniture selection from websites or local market.* Research and selection on the materials and products sourcing.* Prepare drawings , material specifications and BOQ if requested .* To be aware and updated about anything related to design, technology in design field and new trends and materials.* Meet Suppliers for any new products.* working under pressure to meet the delivery date .Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED5,000.00 per month
