Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8a-5pHourly Rate :$17As an Administrative Assistant with Ambitions CA, you are a key player of our rewarding workplace. We support adult individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Your main role is to effectively support our team in a fast-paced office environment.As an Administrative Assistant, your main duties will include typical clerical support, such as reception, scanning, maintain our database, applicant screening and scheduling, managing records, scheduling staff, coordinating trainings/events, assist with HR functions, and manage a high volume of paperwork.Qualified candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:<ul><li>Previous Administrative experience</li><li>Able to communicate effectively with professional and non-professionals alike</li><li>Professional, dependable and reliable</li><li>Ability to be flexible and maintain a positive attitude in the midst of challenging situations</li><li>Must be detail-oriented, organized and possess exceptional time-management skills</li><li>Proficient with MS Office and ability to utilize other software programs</li><li>Must demonstrate outstanding communication and ability to create professional quality documents</li><li>Must demonstrate fluency in the English language, including grammar and spelling</li><li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable automobile with auto insurance</li><li>Must pass a criminal background check</li><li>Able to pass health screening report including TB clearance and drug screening</li></ul>Available Benefits:401k w/employer match, health coverage, paid time off, other performance-based recognition and incentivesJob Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: From $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>8 hour shift</li><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
