Qualifications for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
<ul>
<li>Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification</li>
<li>RBT training is available for the right candidate</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
<ul>
<li>Follow all BCBA guidance related to each client&rsquo;s treatment plan</li>
<li>Prepare for sessions with a clear understanding of goals, structure, and materials</li>
<li>Implement intervention procedures and provide timely communication and feedback to the BCBA</li>
<li>Maintain professionalism when interacting with parents and caregivers, following BACB ethical standards</li>
<li>Collect and record data on client progress during sessions</li>
<li>Comply with all HIPAA confidentiality requirements</li>
</ul>
