<div><p>We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and dedicated part-time <b>Certified Teacher</b> to join our adolescent residential mental health treatment team. In this role, you will provide individualized academic instruction and educational support to adolescents receiving treatment, helping them stay engaged with their schoolwork and achieve academic success during their time in care. You will serve as a liaison between each student's home school, family, and the clinical treatment team to coordinate assignments, monitor academic progress, and facilitate a smooth transition back to the classroom upon discharge. Your work will play a vital role in supporting both the educational and therapeutic goals of each adolescent, promoting confidence, stability, and long-term success.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3>
<ul><li>Oversee and facilitate students' online learning in a structured classroom environment.</li>
<li>Provide individualized academic support, tutoring, and assistance with coursework to help students remain on track with their educational goals.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary liaison between each student's home-state school, parents/guardians, and the treatment team to coordinate assignments, academic accommodations, and educational planning.</li>
<li>Monitor, review, and provide feedback on homework and assignments, ensuring work is complete and accurate before submission to the student's home school.</li>
<li>Track student academic progress and regularly communicate updates to schools, families, and the treatment team as appropriate.</li>
<li>Measure and document student progress toward academic goals, preparing progress reports and educational updates as required.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of attendance, academic participation, incidents, accidents, and other required documentation in accordance with licensing standards, educational requirements, and program policies.</li>
<li>Foster a safe, structured, respectful, and supportive classroom environment that promotes learning, emotional well-being, and positive behavior.</li>
<li>Implement classroom behavior expectations and interventions in accordance with program policies and behavioral health best practices.</li>
<li>Collaborate with therapists, case managers, nursing staff, and other multidisciplinary team members to support each adolescent's individualized treatment and educational plan.</li>
<li>Encourage student engagement, confidence, and personal responsibility while supporting successful reintegration into their home school following discharge.</li>

<div>The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end revenue cycle process, ensuring claims are submitted accurately, reimbursements are maximized, and revenue is captured appropriately. This role works closely with Admissions, Utilization Review, Clinical, and Finance teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, reduce denials, and maintain compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Key Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle, including charge capture, billing, claims submission, payment posting, and collections.</li>
<li>Monitor revenue cycle performance metrics and identify trends impacting cash flow and reimbursement.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate and timely billing for facility and professional services.</li>
<li>Review and resolve claim denials, underpayments, and reimbursement issues.</li>
<li>Conduct regular audits to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with payer guidelines.</li>
<li>Reconcile census, authorizations, services provided, and claims billed.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Admissions, Utilization Review, and Clinical teams to ensure proper documentation supports billing.</li>
<li>Manage aging accounts receivable and implement strategies to improve collections.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain revenue cycle policies, procedures, and best practices.</li>
<li>Train and support billing and collections staff while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Prepare reports and present revenue cycle performance to leadership.</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, behavioral health experience preferred.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of insurance billing, claims processing, denials management, and reimbursement methodologies.</li>
<li>Knowledge of commercial and other third-party billing practices.</li>
<li>Experience with electronic health records (KIPU) and billing systems.</li>
<li>Advanced Excel and reporting skills preferred.</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.</li>
<li>Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and improve processes.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills.</li>
