Trivandrum Natives are preferredcvPhone no : 8089263160Gmail : hrexecutive.ambrosia@gmail.comJob Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain and update accurate financial records and accounts in Tally.</li><li>Prepare Profit &amp; Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and other financial statements.</li><li>Perform monthly and periodic bank reconciliations.</li><li>Ensure all financial transactions are correctly recorded and documented.</li><li>Handle monthly closing activities and ensure timely reporting.</li><li>Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.</li><li>Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards.</li><li>Support internal and external audits when required.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Tally ERP.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word &amp; Excel).</li><li>Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.</li><li>Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.</li><li>Maintain and update the financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.</li><li>Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system.</li><li>Prepare and submit financial reports to management on a regular basis.</li><li>Conduct monthly and annual closing procedures.</li><li>Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.</li><li>Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.</li><li>Maintain and reconcile bank statements and other financial records.</li><li>Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax laws.</li><li>Work with external auditors during annual audits.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and guidelines.</li><li>Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Tally: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
