 Role Description
 
 
 This is a full-time role for a Sales Support Specialist at AMC Aerospace. The position is based in Istanbul/&Scedil;i&scedil;li.
 
 
 The Sales Support Specialist will support the sales team in daily operations, manage customer inquiries, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, coordinate sales processes, and maintain accurate records.
 
 
 This role plays a critical part in enhancing overall sales efficiency and building strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage customer orders, quotations, and invoices from initiation through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update CRM systems, including customer records, contact details, and account activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly sales performance reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and product documentation
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Skills
 
 <ul>

 Strong technical proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client interaction
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
 </li>
