We are actively seeking an experienced RN to join our Richardson, Texas-based home health agency as a Clinical Manager. This pivotal role will serve as a crucial link between our Director of Nursing and our dedicated clinical staff, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional care delivery. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Act as a liaison between the Director of Nursing and clinical staff, fostering effective communication and collaboration.</li>
<li>Ensure strict adherence to state and federal regulations, maintaining compliance across all operations.</li>
<li>Provide comprehensive education and training to clinical staff on updated policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Participate actively in the recruitment and selection process for nursing personnel.</li>
<li>Manage and oversee clinical and administrative functions, including meticulous recordkeeping.</li>
<li>Respond promptly and professionally to phone inquiries and referrals with compassion and expertise.</li>
<li>Participate in on-call nursing schedule and deliver skilled bedside nursing care as needed.</li>
<li>Supervise and coordinate care provided by clinical staff, ensuring quality and efficiency.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare providers regarding patient care plans.</li>
<li>Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans, ensuring they meet patient needs.</li>
<li>Oversee Quality Assurance and utilization review activities, implementing corrective actions as needed.</li>
<li>Conduct regular supervisory visits and ensure thorough coordination of client care.</li>
</ul>Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Current RN license in good standing.</li>
<li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in a home health setting.</li>
<li>Proficiency in OASIS documentation and other relevant clinical software.</li>
<li>Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a clinical team.</li>
<li>Thorough understanding of state and federal regulations governing home health agencies.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective team collaboration.</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</li>
</ul>Schedule: 
<ul>
<li>Full-time position with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.</li>
<li>On-call availability as needed.</li>
