We are a flower gifting and events studio looking for a part-time content creator / photographer to support our visual content across Instagram, TikTok, and digital ads.This role is hands-on and creative, focused on capturing flowers, gifting details, events, and daily studio moments, while working closely with an art director and following a clear visual direction.Responsibilities<ul><li>Photograph weekly and day-to-day content (flower arrangements, gifting, studio details, events, behind-the-scenes)</li><li>Create short-form video content for Instagram Reels &amp; TikTok</li><li>Capture content suitable for paid ads</li><li>Follow and execute the art director&rsquo;s guidelines</li><li>Capture both planned shoots and spontaneous moments</li><li>Light photo and video editing for social media</li><li>Organize and deliver content consistently and on time</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong photography skills (camera or high-quality mobile)</li><li>Experience creating content for Instagram &amp; TikTok</li><li>Good eye for aesthetics, composition, and detail</li><li>Ability to follow a clear creative direction</li><li>Basic editing skills (Lightroom, CapCut, InShot, or similar)</li><li>Reliable, organized, and comfortable in a creative studio environment</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience with flowers, gifting, events, or lifestyle brands</li><li>Understanding of social media trends and ad-friendly content</li><li>Own equipment (camera is a plus, not mandatory)</li></ul>Working Style<ul><li>Part-time role (not full-time)</li><li>Flexible schedule based on studio needs and events</li><li>On-site shooting required</li></ul>Bonuses<ul><li>Performance-based bonuses available for campaigns, events, and high-performing content</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have experience creating content for Instagram Reels and TikTok?</li><li>Do you handle both shooting and editing yourself?</li><li>Have you worked with brands, flowers, gifting, events, or lifestyle content before? sample work</li><li>Are you comfortable following an art director&rsquo;s visual direction?</li><li>Please share a link to your portfolio or Instagram/TikTok page.</li><li>What is your expected rate?</li></ul>Hourly?
