As a Clinical Case Coordinator, you'll partner with our clinical team to provide high-quality behavioral services by:</div></div><ul><li><div>
Implementing individualized Behavior Support Plans across school, residential, and community settings</div></li><li><div>
Assisting with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), preference assessments, and behavior programming</div></li><li><div>
Collecting, analyzing, and graphing behavioral data to support treatment decisions</div></li><li><div>
Monitoring program integrity and student progress</div></li><li><div>
Coaching and training direct care staff through modeling, feedback, and hands-on support</div></li><li><div>
Leading therapeutic group activities that build communication, social, play, and community skills</div></li><li><div>
Collaborating with BCBAs to modify and improve behavioral interventions</div></li><li><div>
Advocating for students while promoting dignity, respect, and positive outcomes</div></li><li><div>
Providing direct support to students when needed to ensure continuity of care</div></li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><div><b>

This role is designed to help you develop the knowledge and experience needed for long-term success in <b>behavior analysis and special education</b>. As a Clinical Case Coordinator, you'll have opportunities to:</div></div><ul><li><div>
Participate in <b>Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)</b> and the development of <b>Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)</b></div></li><li><div>
Present at <b>IEP meetings</b> and <b>medication reviews</b></div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals including <b>Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, medical providers, educators, and BCBAs</b></div></li><li><div>
Develop leadership skills by training, coaching, and mentoring staff</div></li><li><div>
Work closely with experienced BCBAs while strengthening your clinical decision-making and ABA knowledge</div></li><li><div>
Gain valuable experience for future BCBA certification or other advanced clinical roles</div></li></ul><div><div><b>

</p><ul><li><div>Bachelor's degree required</div></li><li><div>
Minimum one year of ABA experience</div></li><li><div>
At least two years of experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or developmental disabilities</div></li><li><div>
Currently working toward BCBA certification or an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential</div></li><li><div>
Supervisory experience preferred but not required</div></li><li><div>
Valid driver's license with the ability to drive agency vehicles</div></li><li><div>
CPR, First Aid, and Safety Care certification (or willingness to obtain)</div></li></ul></div>
