We believe that a better brain always leads to a better life and that achieving our mission will help to prevent and alleviate suffering, not only for individuals but also for generations of individuals.Job Description and Purpose:This role is responsible for all social media marketing efforts related to the personal brand of Tana Amen and the Change Your Brain Foundation.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:&middot; Execute results-driven social media strategies.&middot; Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.&middot; Edit video content for social media posts.&middot; Has experience using video editing tools such as CapCut and Final Cut Pro.&middot; Has experience assisting in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.&middot; Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.&middot; Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.&middot; Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.&middot; Maintain and update a variety of files and reports.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: &middot; Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools.&middot; Proficiency with video and photo editing tools and digital media formats.&middot; Excellent social listening skills and a team player attitude.&middot; Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills.&middot; Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills.&middot; Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask.&middot; Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.Qualifications and Requirements:&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or Marketing.&middot; Previous experience with video editing for social media.&middot; Direct experience with the management of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook social media channels.&middot; Direct experience using social media management tools.&middot; Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).&middot; Previous experience setting up and maintaining data visualization tools such as Zoho Analytics, Tableau, Minitab, Looker, etc.&middot; Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
