<p>AmeriCU Credit Union is seeking a <b>Regional </b><b>M</b><b>ember Service Representative</b> who is passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences and building meaningful relationships. As a <b>Regional</b> <b>Member Service Representative</b>, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in supporting our mission of helping members live life, dream big, and achieve financial success.</p>
<p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do as a Regional Member Service Representative</b></h2>
<ul><li>Welcome and assist members in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner aligned with our MVP-1 Team culture</li>
<li>Serve as a primary contact for members, supporting both <b>ITM technology interactions</b> and traditional teller transactions</li>
<li>Build relationships by identifying member needs and referring appropriate credit union products and services</li>
<li>Conduct outreach through courtesy calls and in-person interactions to <b>retain, expand, and acquire member relationships</b></li>
<li>Partner with internal teams to support member growth and deepen existing relationships</li>
<li>Meet or exceed performance and service goals</li>
<li>Support onboarding and training for new hires within the financial center; may assist at other locations as needed</li>
<li>Accurately document member interactions in the CRM system</li>
<li>Perform account servicing and maintenance with attention to detail</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with all regulations and policies, including <b>Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and SAFE Act requirements</b></li>
<li>Actively participate in community engagement initiatives</li>
<li>Cover shifts as needed in any Financial Center within your assigned region. You may be required to assist another region if needed. A reasonable commute from their primary Financial Center</li>
