Job Summary
The Licensed Sales Agent at Bobby Brock Insurance plays a critical role in helping clients navigate their Medicare insurance options. This position is responsible for educating prospects, identifying their insurance needs, and enrolling them in the appropriate plans. The agent must be a licensed insurance professional who can build trust with clients, communicate effectively, and consistently close sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:</h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Sales &amp; Enrollment</h3><ul><li>
Conduct outbound and inbound calls with leads to explain Medicare insurance options.</li><li>
Qualify prospects, assess client needs, and recommend appropriate plan solutions.</li><li>
Complete applications and enroll clients in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, or Part D plans.</li><li>
Meet or exceed individual sales goals and compliance standards set by management.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Client Support &amp; Retention</h3><ul><li>
Provide ongoing support to clients post-enrollment, answering policy-related questions.</li><li>
Develop long-term relationships to drive renewals and referrals.</li><li>
Follow up with clients annually to review plan performance and explore better-fit options.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Compliance &amp; Documentation</h3><ul><li>
Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow CMS guidelines and company protocols.</li><li>
Complete all required certifications and continuing education for licensing and carrier compliance.</li><li>

Qualifications:</h2><ul><li>
Active health insurance license required (Medicare experience preferred).</li><li>
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable in a performance-based environment.</li><li>
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal systems (e.g., CRM).</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced call center or remote environment.</li></ul>

Job Description 
The Account Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the successful implementation and ongoing coordination of the benefit plan offerings, communication and administration services that we deliver to our client group accounts. The Account Coordinator works directly with the Account Executive Team Leader to assist in the execution of various tasks and milestones associated with the annual open enrollments inside their assigned client groups. Account Coordinators should be committed to customer satisfaction. They engage with existing and prospective clients across multiple communication channels to understand their needs, ensure service expectations are being met, and provide timely follow-up to support strong client relationships They develop comprehensive product knowledge, understanding the application and use of internal benadmin enrollment technology, and deploy strong project management skills that are necessary to fully support the Account Executive.
To be a successful Account Coordinator, you should be proactive, positive, and passionate about company offerings and how they create value for clients. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time for business reasons.<ul><li>Enter and Manage all case related tasks and activities in the company&rsquo;s CRM system including all case specific documents related to the plans and administration services provided to assigned group accounts</li><li>Handles all service and eligibility related issues related to their assigned client account&rsquo;s in working with internal service team members to ensure positive resolution.</li><li>Works with internal sales team to fulfill case specific proposals or RFP requests for both product and services to be delivered</li><li>Responsible for assisting with the setup of client group case enrollments by working with the client group and internal teams in order to gather all pertinent information and ensure successful delivery of the enrollment system for the open enrollment</li><li>Create and manage client employee benefit communication aspects including the setup and oversight of the benefit portals, ensuring accurate plan data and resource updates</li><li>Coordinates the activities and tasks related to the annual open enrollment project plan in conjunction with the Account Executive and corresponding client representative(s) to ensure successful implementation.</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent; minimum 3 years of experience in the employee benefit or life / health insurance industry preferred</li><li>Must obtain and preserve required licenses/certifications as required</li><li>Familiar with a variety of insurance industry concepts, practices and procedures.</li><li>Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently</li><li>Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment as well as independently</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and applicable technology</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills; effective oral and written communications both internally and externally</li><li>Flexibility and adaptability; energetic and self-driven</li><li>Experience in working with Benefit Enrollment / Benefit Administration Systems is a plus</li></ul>

Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Timely preparation and presentation of Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reporting in addition to proactive monitoring and reporting of key financial ratios and balance sheet activities</li><li>
Facilitate the annual budgeting process by managing data collection, analyzing and validating the information, and communicating trends and drivers to operations leadership</li><li>
Understand and analyze the Strategic Business Units financial results (M/Q/Y vs. budget, PY) and clearly articulate themes, performance drivers, root cause of variances, and recommendations to enhance business performance when applicable</li><li>
Apply financial and economic concepts including financial modeling, economic analysis, profitability, earnings, balance sheet management, KPIs, strategic analysis, and others</li><li>
Coordinate monthly financial analysis presentations to operations leadership</li><li>
Collaborate across functional departments to drive continuous improvements in reporting, budgeting, and analysis processes</li><li>
Develop strong working relationships with various groups including operations management, third party administrators, A/R, FP&amp;A, and accounting</li><li>
Lead required ad-hoc special projects</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>
