Responsibilities:

Job Summary</b></div><div>
The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning client bedrooms, offices, common areas and any other indoor areas of facility as directed by manager. This position is also responsible for removing coffee cups, drinking glasses, and dinnerware from dining and sitting areas; wiping all furniture and fluffing pillows as needed, and trash removal from offices, Nurses&rsquo; station, and restrooms located throughout facility.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Duties and Responsibilities:
</b></div><ul><li>Stock/Clean/Organize/Break down assigned Cart daily
</li><li>Retrieve and Return Task assignment sheets daily</li><li>
Clean all assigned public areas to standard</li><li>
Remove soil linen, and trash- replace liners and place items in designated areas</li><li>
Dust all needed areas of occupied/unoccupied units.</li><li>
Clean all bathrooms thoroughly and replace supplies-tissue, soap, paper towels etc.
</li><li>Discharge clean all required bed areas to Standard</li><li>
Replenish amenities for new admits, towels, cosmetics, etc.</li><li>
Recognize and report all maintenance issues in units and public areas</li><li>
Deep clean units as assigned</li><li>
Complete daily clean in offices, therapy rooms, group rooms, nurse stations, lobbies, stairwells, corridors, public baths etc.</li><li>
Report any carpets needing shampoo</li><li>
Wash, dry, fold all linen</li><li>
Keep Housekeeping Supply room neat and organized</li><li>
Collecting cups, drinking glasses and other dinnerware left in common areas by clients and returning to kitchen area</li><li>
Any other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager, within the recognized scope of the position.</li><li>

Qualifications:

Job Summary</b></div><div>
The Case Manager is responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care, including individual, group, and family counseling. Key duties include conducting initial and ongoing clinical assessments, demonstrating expertise in various therapeutic interventions, and utilizing evidence-based practices. The Case Manager will actively participate in the Treatment team, coordinate services for patients as needed, and serve as an advocate by communicating with the Utilization Review (UR) department regarding all aspects of patient care. This role is integral to American Addiction Centers' commitment to providing the most comprehensive care possible to address issues that may hinder a patient's recovery.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Duties and Responsibilities:</b></div><br>

Provide substance abuse counseling services in accordance with the state laws, licensing boards, and professional ethical guidelines.</li><li>
Maintain a full patient caseload.</li><li>
Provide intervention, assessments, treatment planning, and individual/group counseling.</li><li>
Initiate and provide family counseling services.</li><li>
Provide intervention, assessments, and group counseling.</li><li>
Facilitate therapeutic groups as assigned.</li><li>
Provide clinical services and assist when needed with patients as assigned by the clinical director.</li><li>
Participate in daily treatment team meetings and program staff meetings.</li><li>
Ensure that all documentation meets contract, licensure, accreditation and standards for services in a timely manner following the AAC&rsquo;s documentation policy guidelines.</li><li>
Communicate efficiently with other departments to ensure the best care for patients.</li><li>
Provide clinical services to the outpatient and inpatient adult population.</li><li>
Understand and abide by State Department standards, facility accreditation, AAC&rsquo;s policy and procedures.</li><li>

Qualifications:

Knowledge of utilizing electronic health record software and documentation.</li><li>
Knowledge of ASAM criteria.</li><li>
Ability to read, write and interpret written information, type documentation, present information to groups and participate in meetings.

The Lead Case Manager will demonstrate expertise in therapeutic interventions, treatment modalities and utilize evidence based practices. Under the direction of the Clinical Director and Program Manager, the Lead Case Manager ensures that treatment services and their documentation are consistently delivered in accordance with AdCare&rsquo;s clinical design, specific to the program, in a manner that demonstrates sound care reducing relapse from alcohol and other drugs. This position ensures counseling staff are highly trained and proficient in the delivery of clinical services, in conjunction with the Leadership team. The Lead Case Manager holds a high level of clinical expertise, and is counted as part of the counseling staffing pattern. The Lead Case Manager reviews workflow, productivity, leads shift report, and assigns responsibilities as indicated in the absence of a Program Manager.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Clinical Documentation and Compliance:</b></div><ul><li>
Ensures that all documentation meets contract, licensure, accreditation, and standards for service in a timely manner following AAC&rsquo;s documentation policy guidelines.</li><li>
Understands and abides by State Department standards, facility accreditation, and AAC&rsquo;s policy and procedures.</li><li>
Maintains confidentiality of patient and company information. Abides by the standards of HIPAA, 42CFR Part 2.</li><li>
Review safety plans and behavioral improvement plans.</li><li>
Obtain input from patients&rsquo; collateral contacts, family, referral source or other providers.</li><li>
Develop behaviors/symptoms-based treatment plans for assigned patients.</li><li>
Appropriately completed all required reports and clinical documentation in a timely manner.</li><li>
Maintains comprehensive interpersonal skills, competencies, and certification as required. Knowledge of recovery support groups, such as a AA, etc.</li><li>
Maintains adequate knowledge of the program&rsquo;s emergency preparedness plan and emergency procedures.</li><li>
Assists Clinical Director and Program Manager with collecting and reporting quality improvement data.</li><li>

Patient Engagement and Therapeutic Services:</b></div><ul><li>
Coordinates with the Utilization Review team for insurance authorizations and determining discharge dates.</li><li>
Has an understanding of various insurances and the expected length of stay for patients depending on insurance type and clinical information provided.</li><li>
Acts as a liaison to the community and fosters relationships with new and existing aftercare sites.</li><li>
Meets each morning with the placement team to determine priority placement for cases and coordinates with aftercare facilities as needed.</li><li>
Mediates between AdCare and aftercare sites when cases require additional supervision and attention.</li><li>
Provide intervention, assessments, treatment planning, triage, and individual/group counseling.</li><li>
Provide clinical services to all patients on caseload and assist, when needed, with other patients as assigned by clinical department leadership.</li><li>
Coordinates and schedules evening Commitments.</li><li>
Assists in monitoring and managing the patient community as a therapeutic milieu.</li><li>
Intervenes in crisis to deescalate situations and resolve crises, using events as entries into therapeutic processes for patients.</li><li>
Assists with the placement process and discharge planning, with patient&rsquo;s input, with the next treatment steps beyond inpatient. Coordinates with family, collateral contacts, referral sources, and outside agencies.</li><li>
Responsible for supporting patients with their recovery during their inpatient stay by helping the process their progress, gain awareness of recovery obstacles, and guide them through emotional difficulties and frustrations using a trauma informed approach.</li><li>
Assists patients in identifying and prioritizing urgent needs, and appropriately intervenes when a patient expresses their wish to leave against medical advice (AMA).</li><li>
Utilizes Motivational Interviewing (MI) techniques to help patients make informed and healthy decisions.</li><li>
Facilitates assigned educational and support groups.</li><li>
Demonstrates knowledge of services and programs within AdCare&rsquo;s continuum of care in order to support ongoing recovery.</li><li>
In conjunction with the Leadership team ensure that patient non-adherence with rules and negative behaviors are addressed with the staff promptly, appropriately, in a patient-centered and trauma informed manner designed to promote positive behaviors and in direct relation to the specific negative behaviors.</li><li>
Adheres to all activities within program schedule according to established times including all groups and meetings, and works with staff as appropriate to ensure adequate coverage for all clinical activities as necessary.</li><li>
Understands that this position is very visible to patients, so frequently walks through their entire unit with a minimum of at least twice per hour to ensure a safe, structured environment and addresses patient concerns.</li><li>
Rounds on all units in the evening to ensure shift workflow (2nd shift, weekends, holidays, and days with alternate schedule).</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
