Responsibilities:

Job Summary</b></div><div>
As a member of a multidisciplinary medical team, the Psychiatrist will work collaboratively to deliver high quality, direct clinical care.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Duties and Responsibilities:
</b></div><ul><li>Performs psychiatric evaluations, follow-ups, detox management, and MAT as per SOP</li><li>
Psych Evals within 48 hours of admission/provider/month (Psychiatry)</li><li>
Orders labs and other clinically appropriate testing and prescribes medications and treatments</li><li>
Participates in the development and implementation of treatment plans</li><li>
Consult with other physicians/clinicians about each patient&rsquo;s specific need and refers to specialists as necessary</li><li>
Documents all patient encounters and diagnostic test results accurately and timely in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)</li><li>
Participates as an active member of the clinical team</li><li>
Attends monthly medical staff meetings with pertinent clinical staff and UR</li><li>
Other duties as assigned including but not limited to participate on clinical/medical committees, providing education and quality review.
</li><li>Establishes positive, professional relationships with local medical community and within the organization</li><li>
Comply with all applicable laws to physicians including HIPAA and title 42 CFR</li><li>
Excellent communication (written and verbal), bedside manner and time management skills
</li><li>Demonstrate effective teamwork</li><li>
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with persons from diverse socioeconomic, education, racial, ethnic and professional backgrounds</li><li>
Computer literate with the ability to appropriately utilize EMR system</li><li>
Organize and prioritize workload to provide high quality care and meet deadlines</li><li>
Meet and maintain facility credentialing and privileging requirements</li><li>
Consistently demonstrate positive customer service attitude</li><li>
Maintain the highest ethical and moral standards among all &ndash; employees, contractors, patients and members of the general public</li><li>
If more than one facility, travel between facilities</li><li>
Willing to work evening hours and weekends if necessary</li><li>

The Maintenance Technician plays an integral part in ensuring the safety of the staff and the facility is the primary responsibility of the Maintenance Technician. This role is responsible for the oversight and tracking of the functioning of the safety equipment and security measure adapted in the facility. All errors are reported timely to the appropriate leadership team member for decision making/repair options.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs typical maintenance tasks to support the assembly floor and the entire facility.
</li><li>Detects and reports defective material or questionable conditions to the department manager.
</li><li>Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescription safety regulations.
</li><li>Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machinery and the buildings or grounds as required.
</li><li>Receive and respond to tenant reports of MEP or maintenance issues on their premises.</li><li>
Performs the installation/repair and maintenance of all building systems.
</li><li>Performs skilled tasks related to various trades as a leadman.
</li><li>Digs and back-fills trenches.
</li><li>Makes general repairs to buildings, door, walls, floors, windows, furniture and lockers.
</li><li>Maintains required records and reports relating to supplies, parts, equipment, work performed and in compliance with JACO, OSHA (list standards)
</li><li>Operates, cleans and maintains a variety of equipment.</li><li>
Clean debris and dust from the assigned areas.</li><li>
Cleans both exterior and interior job sites and vehicles using appropriate tools and equipment.
</li><li>Conducts oneself in the best interest of the clients and staff.</li><li>
Use specialized equipment such as blowers and mowers to perform cleaning duties.</li><li>
Perform both major and minor repair work around the building such as repairing locks and installing window blinds.</li><li>
Replace broken windows and door locks.</li><li>
Evaluate, repair and maintain plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems in the building.
</li><li>Remove signs of graffiti from walls and windows.</li><li>
Install and repair electrical wiring and replace bulbs, capacitors, etc.</li><li>
Inspect company equipment for possible problems and report findings.</li><li>
Take measures to perform maintenance on equipment and tools.</li><li>
Perform general maintenance on sanitary and mechanical systems of buildings.</li><li>
Collect waste from ashtrays and bins and ensure proper waste management procedures are
</li><li>carried out.</li><li>
Assist with construction or remodeling projects.</li><li>
Move furniture and equipment upon instruction.</li><li>
Maintain the overall condition of the building and grounds.</li><li>
Make sure that the grounds are free of leaves or trash</li><li>
Perform inspection of the premises and ensure that any hazardous conditions are immediately taken care of.</li><li>

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:</b></div><ul><li>
High School Diploma or equipment
</li><li>Minimum of 2 years experience plumbing, electrical, carpentry or general building maintenance preferred.</li><li>
Demonstrated knowledge of the use and maintenance of trades tools and equipment.
</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups, and effectively communicate, both orally and in writing. (English)
</li><li>Possess a valid State of Florida Driver&rsquo;s License.</li></ul><div><b>
Certificates and Licenses:</b></div><ul><li>
Certified Maintenance Technician, preferred
</li><li>Certified HVAC technician, preferred</li></ul><div><b>
