You&rsquo;ll work alongside full-stack Replit engineers and PMs to design clean, intuitive user experiences for AI-powered dashboards, chat tools, and automation workflows.You&rsquo;ll:<ul><li>Design and prototype interfaces for AI + automation products in education and public-sector environments.</li><li>Use Figma, Replit, or Cursor-integrated design flows to iterate directly with devs.</li><li>Create responsive layouts and component libraries for web and mobile.</li><li>Translate RFP specs and user stories into usable, visually clear products.</li><li>Ensure designs meet accessibility (WCAG 2.1 / Section 508) and data privacy requirements.</li></ul>You&rsquo;re a Fit If You:<ul><li>Have 3&ndash;6 years of UX/UI design experience, ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or GovTech.</li><li>Can produce production-ready Figma or Replit-based front-end assets quickly.</li><li>Understand AI interfaces, dashboards, and conversational design.</li><li>Know how to collaborate directly with engineers using shared IDE or code-linked design tools.</li><li>Value speed, simplicity, and clarity over fluff and overdesign.</li></ul>Bonus Points For:<ul><li>Experience designing for K&ndash;12 or state agency systems.</li><li>Familiarity with AI/LLM UX patterns (prompt input, chat UX, model feedback loops).</li><li>Knowledge of FERPA, COPPA, or Section 508 compliance.</li><li>Portfolio with live, functional web apps &mdash; not just mockups.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Setup<ul><li>Remote (U.S.-based preferred)</li><li>Direct collaboration with PMs and engineers in Replit-based workflows</li><li>Opportunity to lead product UX direction across education and government contracts</li></ul>Apply if you design with precision, prototype fast, and understand how to make AI tools intuitive for real users &mdash; from classrooms to agencies.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractBase Pay: $150.00 - $400.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
