What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs</li><li>
Provide customized solutions for system replacements and upgrades</li><li>
Present financing options and educate customers on products and services</li><li>
Build trust and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process</li><li>
Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project completion</li><li>
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals</li><li>
Document all sales activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul>
What We Are Looking For:<ul><li>
Previous sales experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services highly preferred</li><li>
Strong ability to build rapport and earn trust with homeowners</li><li>
Consultative selling skills with the ability to clearly explain technical information</li><li>
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented mindset</li><li>
Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>
Professional, positive, and team-focused attitude</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent; technical background a plus</li></ul>
