We are seeking a creative and motivated Media Production Specialist/Production Assistant to join our team and help produce high-quality video and audio content that inspires, educates, and engages our audience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul><li>Video Editing: Edit footage into cohesive, engaging videos with high production values, smooth transitions, managing the narrative with compelling storytelling</li><li>Audio Production: Capture and produce high-quality audio for podcasts, radio programs, voiceovers, and other media using Adobe Audition</li><li>Creative Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver content aligned with brand and mission</li><li>Technical Proficiency: Use video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and basic motion graphics tools; operate studio equipment such as switchers, routers, cameras, and audio mixers</li><li>Media Management: Organize, archive, and maintain video and audio files efficiently, following proper file naming and backup procedures</li><li>Quality Control: Review final content for accuracy and quality, provide notes, making revisions based on feedback</li><li>Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work on time</li><li>Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and software updates to enhance creative output</li><li>Event Production Support: Travel to conferences and events across the United States as needed to record and capture media content in studio and field environments</li></ul> 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Film Production, Video Editing, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent work experience</li><li>Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro</li><li>Basic experience with audio editing and production (Adobe Audition or similar)</li><li>Strong attention to detail, high interest in digital content, and creative vision</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment</li><li>Strong communication skills and openness to feedback</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced studio environment</li><li>Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 pounds as needed</li></ul> 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
<ul><li>Basic knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, and color grading</li><li>Experience managing media files and archiving procedures</li><li>Familiarity with studio equipment operation and setup</li><li>Experience producing content for digital platforms or social media</li><li>Experience with videography and camera operation in both studio and field environments</li><li>Knowledge of camera setup, lighting techniques, and production best practices</li><li>Ability to assist with studio and field production setup and breakdown</li><li>Experience capturing high-quality audio in studio or live event environments</li><li>Proficient writing skills</li><li>Copywriting experience</li><li>Technical writing ability</li><li>Experience writing captions for social media and teleprompter scripts</li></ul>
