Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced Bath remodeling company. The ideal candidate will support various production activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This role is vital in maintaining the flow of operations on the assembly line and contributing to the overall success of our production goals.Duties<ul><li>Order all materials required for each job</li><li>Receive shipments and ensure product count is accurate and not damaged</li><li>Schedule installations and service calls</li><li>Permit processing and follow-up</li><li>Update customers on a weekly basis</li><li>Take production calls and deal with any issues in a calm polite professional manner and promptly address all service calls and production updates</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse environment.</li><li>Assist with inventory management, including tracking materials and supplies needed for production.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance on equipment as necessary to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>Operate forklifts to move materials around the manufacturing facility as needed (if certified).</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Permit Processing, make drawings to scale with scope of work</li><li>Job reviews and meet with customer when needed</li><li>Previous experience in home improvements and scheduling/ordering</li><li>Familiarity with assembly processes, construction knowledge, and the use of hand tools is advantageous.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual productivity.</li><li>Willingness to learn new skills related to fabrication and assembly line operations.</li><li>A strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work is essential.</li><li>Billingual (Spanish)</li></ul>Join us as we strive for excellence in production, where your contributions will make a significant impact on our team's success!Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Permit processing: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Forklift: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Spanish (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Pompano Beach, FL 33069 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
