<div>Responsible for providing basic confidential, secretarial, administrative, and clerical support, including assistance to department staff.
What You Will Do:

Education and Experience

Administrative Assistant (Bahraini National)

<div>The Time and Attendance Administrator supports the day-to-day administration of the organization&rsquo;s timecard and time and attendance system to help ensure accurate, timely, and policy-compliant time entry and approvals. This role provides user support, assists with issue resolution, maintains system data and configuration, and coordinates with Payroll, Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, and Operations. The Time and Attendance Administrator also supports reporting, training, and process consistency across the organization.
What You Will Do:
<ul><li>Support the day-to-day administration of the organization&rsquo;s timecard and time and attendance system.
</li><li>Maintain system data and configuration elements, including hour types, labor categories, projects/cost centers, approval workflows, calendars, and user access, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
</li><li>Review time entry and approval activity to help monitor compliance with deadlines, internal controls, and established timekeeping requirements.
</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for employees and approvers regarding timecard entry, corrections, exceptions, and workflow status.
</li><li>Troubleshoot routine timecard issues and coordinate escalation of more complex system or integration issues, as needed.

</li><li>Relevant experience supporting timecard, time and attendance, payroll, HRIS, or workforce management processes.
</li><li>Experience providing user support, resolving routine system issues, and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
</li><li>Experience with data entry, reporting, reconciliation, or administrative support in a systems-based environment.
</li><li>Experience assisting with training materials, user documentation, or process communications is preferred.

Time and Attendance Administrator

<div>The Time and Attendance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the organization&rsquo;s timecard and time and attendance system to ensure accurate, timely, and policy-compliant time entry and approvals. This role supports organization-wide adoption through training, user support, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination with Payroll, Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, and Operations. The Time and Attendance Manager also identifies opportunities to improve workflows, controls, reporting, and overall system performance.
What You Will Do:
<ul><li>Administer the organization&rsquo;s timecard and time and attendance system to ensure accurate, timely, and policy-compliant time entry and approvals.
</li><li>Maintain system configuration, including hour types, labor categories, projects/cost centers, approval workflows, calendars, and user access, in alignment with organizational policies.
</li><li>Monitor compliance with time entry rules, approval deadlines, and internal controls, including appropriate approvals, audit trails, and segregation of duties.
</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and approvers regarding timecard entry, corrections, exceptions, and workflow status.

Time and Attendance Manager

<div>The Senior Engineer I is responsible for the activities related to an assigned organizational element, program, project, or task. Will normally plan, conduct, and supervise engineering design reviews and analysis assignments involving a major project or several smaller or less complex projects. These projects, by nature of their complexity and difficulty, require the fully competent application of conventional knowledge in a particular engineering or scientific field. Project work and assignments may be broad, requiring ingenuity and cross-functional coordination.
What You Will Do:
<ul><li>Provides day-to-day leadership of Engineering staff assigned. Assigns projects to Engineers and monitors the progress of all assigned projects. Ensures the delivery of high-quality service and maintenance of good customer relations.
</li><li>Devises new approaches to problems encountered and makes recommendations for changes in methods, procedures, or design where necessary.
</li><li>Monitors the technical quality, content, consistency, continuity, and timeliness of action of all assigned projects.

</li><li>Exposed to Finite Element Method (course work or supervised research)
</li><li>Professional or chartered engineer license
</li><li>At least ten (10) years of related engineering experience in a shipyard, design/consulting office, shipping/oil company, or a classification society; or two (2) years as an Engineer II.
</li></ul>For those with Machinery backgrounds
<ul><li>B.S. degree in Marine, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or other related disciplines
</li><li>At least ten (10) years of related engineering experience in a shipyard, design/consulting office, shipping/oil company, or a classification society; or two (2) years as an Engineer II.
</li><li>Seagoing engineering license or professional/chartered engineer license.

<ul><li>Should have advanced practical industry-related experience.
</li><li>Knowledge of related technical disciplines.
