Because of the specifics of what we do, on the job training will be provided with flexibility for student schedules.Responsibilities:As an Administrative Office Associate, a typical day might include the following:<ul><li>Efficiently completing transcription as dictated by the physician</li><li>Accurately entering data including patient demographics and clinical information</li><li>Delivering excellent customer service to patients and providers</li><li>Ironing out billing issues that can arise with patient insurances</li><li>Maintaining HIPAA and government compliance when completing any task</li></ul>Qualifications:Attention to detail and precisionAbility to accurately type at least 60 wpmExceptional interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask with excellent time management skillsRequirements:Please include your unofficial university/college transcript.Education:High school diploma as a minimum, associates or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business or health information management is useful, but not required.Schedule:Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am&ndash; 5:30 pm (Schedule might change during training) Part-Time: Monday to Friday, 1:00pm-7:00pm (we are flexible with schedule for students).
