KEY OBJECTIVE(S)
 The primary objective of the Security Dispatcher is to enhance and coordinate the overall safety, security, and emergency response operations throughout American Dream. This role functions as the central communications hub for Security Operations, ensuring timely and efficient coordination of resources, accurate information exchange, and rapid response to incidents impacting guests, tenants, team members, and property. The Security Dispatcher is essential to maintaining real-time situational awareness and supporting life safety, asset protection, and operational continuity throughout the property.
 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
 <ul>
<li>Serve as the primary communications and coordination center for American Dream Security Operations.</li>
<li>Promptly receive, assess, prioritize, and dispatch radio and telephone calls for service in accordance with established procedures and emergency protocols.</li>
<li>Coordinate and communicate with internal security teams, operations personnel, and management during routine activities and emergency incidents.</li>
<li>Request assistance from appropriate local, state, or federal law enforcement, fire, and emergency medical agencies when required.</li>
<li>Monitor CCTV, alarm, fire, and life safety systems and initiate appropriate responses to alerts, incidents, or system anomalies.</li>
<li>Maintain continuous situational awareness and monitor for suspicious, unsafe, or criminal activity.</li>
<li>Accurately document incidents, activities, and communications through detailed logs, reports, and records.</li>
<li>Compile, preserve, and distribute digital video and audio evidence in support of investigations, reports, and law enforcement requests.</li>
<li>Enter, retrieve, and manage data within security and dispatch software systems.</li>
<li>Provide clear, calm, and professional communication to guests, tenants, and employees during routine and high-stress situations.</li>
<li>Support emergency management procedures, including evacuations, shelter-in-place, and coordinated response efforts.</li>
<li>Assist with maintaining a safe, secure, and orderly environment throughout the facility.</li>
<li>Perform additional duties as assigned to support Security Operations.</li>
</ul>
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
 <ul>
<li>Minimum 18 years of age.</li>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in criminal justice, public safety, or emergency management preferred.</li>
<li>Previous experience in law enforcement, public safety, emergency communications, or 911 dispatch is strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience handling emergency calls, prioritizing incidents, and dispatching resources in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Familiarity with police, fire, EMS, and emergency response protocols.</li>
<li>No record of conviction for crimes against persons or property.</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to relay information clearly and accurately under pressure.</li>
<li>Proven ability to multitask and maintain composure during high-stress or critical incidents.</li>
<li>Ability to follow direction, policies, and established procedures.</li>
<li>Proficient computer skills, including the ability to operate dispatch, reporting, and surveillance systems.</li>
<li>Ability to work variable and rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.</li>
<li>Fire prevention experience and/or Simplex or similar fire alarm system certification preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to successfully complete a four (4) week training program.</li>
<li>Valid SORA license required.</li>

KEY OBJECTIVES

<li>We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to serve as a strategic partner to Finance and executive leadership. This role goes beyond dashboard development — it is focused on driving performance visibility, improving decision quality, and building scalable reporting infrastructure across the organization.</li>
<li>Reporting directly to the Director of FP&A, the BI Analyst will transform complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that influence strategic planning, forecasting, and operational execution. This individual will play a critical role in strengthening data governance, automating reporting processes and elevating analytics maturity across the company.</li>
</ul>
PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES
 
<ul>
<li>Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and scalable data models that support key business functions.</li>
<li>Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements, define KPIs, and translate them into effective reporting and analytics solutions.</li>
<li>Ensure data integrity and consistency by validating source data, monitoring outputs, and documenting assumptions, logic, and metric definitions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Data Engineering to define analytical requirements and contribute to optimized data models and transformation processes.</li>
<li>Intake, prioritize, and fulfill analytical requests while identifying opportunities to automate recurring reporting and reduce reliance on ad-hoc analyses.</li>
<li>Proactively improve workflow efficiency and system reliability through automation and process optimization.</li>
<li>Work closely with business leaders, department heads, and technical teams to develop data-driven solutions that address strategic challenges, delivering actionable insights and scalable reporting to support Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams.</li>
</ul>
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
 <ul>
<li>3–5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related analytical role.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, Power Query, and dashboard development</li>
<li>Strong command of Microsoft Excel and SQL.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.</li>
<li>Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience collaborating across business and technical teams and translating analytical findings into actionable business insights.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of dimensional data modeling, data warehouse concepts, and data gathering from multiple sources.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.</li>
<li>Experience supporting Finance and Marketing teams through reporting, budgeting insights, and performance analytics.</li>
<li>Experience working with Snowflake, Python, or R.</li>
